Plumbing reviews in Hingham, Massachusetts

We are so happy with our True Health water filtration system. The water is so much clearer. I was even shocked to feel the difference in the shower. There are so many things to worry about these days with trying to keep kids healthy and free of avoidable toxins that I am so relieved this is one less thing to worry about. Only regret is that I wish we did it sooner!

True Health Water Systems is the best money ever spent. Don and his team are so knowledgable and helpful.
No more plalstic water bottles and Brita filters needed. I highly recommend True Health Water Systems.

We love our True Health True Pure 3000! Feels so great to drink and bathe this now clean water! I highly recommend Don and his team at True Health to anyone who wants clean water!

We have had the system installed for a few years now. We were totally unhappy with Scituate town water, both the color and the taste. Since we've had True Health Water systems we drink directly from the tap.
The owner spent significant time with us and had all the facts and figures regarding the state of Scituate's water.
We have recommended the system to several neighbors and they are equally happy with their water.
The technician comes on a defined maintenance schedule to swap out the filters. The state of the used filters is disgusting.

We’ve been using the True Health water filtration system for over a year. The water is noticeably clearer than others and the taste is incredibly clean. We never worry about the quality of water from any faucet in our home! If we moved, I’d reinstall the same True Health water filtration system without hesitation. It’s been one of our best home investments.

A great solution for our old home. It was a little tricky install but the team did it. We really appreciate Don's proactive approach when towns report elevated contamination warnings. He explains the issues and verifys his systems are protected with lab backed data. And it tastes great.

We are very happy that we had the True Health Water System installed 2 years ago. Water is crystal clear and tastes delicious. I am very comfortable now when bathing my grandson due to the knowledge that the water is so clean and free of toxins. We had the smaller system installed since we are a family of two and it works just fine.

Don and the team at True Health were fantastic to deal with. Don was very knowledgeable about the water conditions in our area, and assured us that his system would be able to get us clean, healthy water. From our final meeting to the installation of the system was incredibly quick. The water quality difference is remarkable. So happy we went with True Health - highly recommend if looking for whole home water filtration systems on the south shore.

Great

Excellent people who care and are very knowledgeable.

Always willing to help,.. very knowledgeable have what I need when I need it. Great and personable people!

Terrible tradesmen customer service. Claimed to not warranty parts for Navien combination boiler, even though they are a Navien distributor. Instead of listening to me , they couldn’t get the words out fast enough- “ did you buy your Navien from us? “. Proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t warranty any parts because boiler was not purchased at his store. I had to call Navien customer service representative to get this person to do his job. Too bad management doesn’t take time to listen. If I treated my customers like I was treated today I would be out of business.

Never an issue when I go in here. Whether I walk in personally or have my supplies dropped off, it’s always the same result in regard to efficiency and experience.
