Greg and Travis were great!!! We had a terrible experience with another company. Greg & Travis provided excellent service, were extremely knowledgeable & affordable. They are my first choice for heating & air conditioning needs.

We were able get someone to come the day after the air conditioner stopped working. Taylor was amazing. Very well informed. He explained the problem and what he was doing. He is respectful, thorough and kind. I would highly recommend. Next time, we will definitely ask for him.

The Cooling Company provides the best service of any company I've ever dealt with. The people who answer calls and the technicians (especially Justin & Edgar), who come into your house, are all so friendly. They're respectful and don’t try to oversell. They are highly recommended.

Bonus: They were welcomed by our normally protective dogs quickly, which made the whole process easier. We didn't need to kennel our dogs in a hot house or hold them back.

On a hot August day, my husband and I noticed that our AC wasn't working. It was a Saturday. This company provided us with amazing service. They were very organized and sent us a text to confirm they could help today! It was a great relief. Very polite, professional and quickly resolved our problem. The first time I used the company was Labor Day last year. As it was a long weekend, I was not sure they would be able take care us. They were there in just a couple hours. They responded quickly and provided excellent tech support. This company has shown me great care and I highly recommend it. I had my air conditioner checked out for the summer. The same tech as last summer came and did an excellent job. I am so grateful for your excellent service.

Was referred to Kris Johnson through Bosch's website when inquiring on a heat pump. They not only provided the best price but were able to work within the timeline needed to keep our project going. After installation, we did have an issue with the heat pump which they were very reactive to getting resolved under the warranty.

I don't like leaving a negative review. However, they came out twice and the problem is still not resolved. I will pay them but I will not ask them back.

Started off ok although ended with a very poor experience unfortunately. There was some key work that was suppose to be done that I thought was completed for months and I had to reach out to complain about it not working only to learn the work was never done in the first place. Not to mentioned, I did not even receive an email reply about the issue for over 2 weeks! I asked for a discount for them to stop by and fix the issue (the second time) and was told to go elsewhere. It is fair to say they are probably good electricians although they are HORRIBLE at managing customers. In fact, this was up there with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How is "look elsewhere" ever a good solution when managing client relationships?

Also worth noting that the company has some questionable business practices, as the on-site technician specified he was at my house for 3.5 hours although the admin office billed me for 4 hours. On top of that, the hourly wage was raised from $95 to $107 per hour. Factoring in the overcharging and the steep up-charge on the electrical equipment being installed, this was a very expensive bill to only get ~80% done with the project.

Recommended by someone I know, I would never hire them again. Came to my home because the air conditioning was not working. He walked into the house and went to the basement and opened the dampers and left. Never once looked at the units outside the house where the real problem was. The freon was leaking and not cooling the air. Had another contractor come who identified the problem and repaired it in twenty minutes.

We hired Kris to install high end lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in our new condominium. Charlie, Nick, Alex and Dan treated our home as their own.
They did an outstanding job. I would never use another electrician other than Kris Johnson. 5 stars is not enough. It is unfortunate that one discriminatory review skewed what should be a perfect 5 stars for this company.
