The customer service is horrible. They are very disrespectful behaving bossy and authoritarian.They have an agreement maintenance plan with 15% discount on parts but is worthless because they overpriced the parts excessively.

First experience with them today. Joe delivered my oil. He was quick, courteous and personable. No complaints here, seems like a great oil provider, definitely recommend.

I really liked Harrington oil, never had any issues and their delivery people and technicians were great. Once they were bought out by Brideau, I became unhappy and switched to another company out of Worcester.

After a week without heat and and hot water two other companies came into my home trying to sell be a new boiler.
Kevin came into my house and said I can fix that for you. He was very professional and had a great personality. It took home less then an hour from start to finish to get my heat and hot water back. He even pointed out things to keep an Eye out for in the future.

I called 3 different oil companies on Saturday in a panic because I ran out of oil and I was worried my tropical birds could die. The owner called me back and, though he couldn’t set up an emergency delivery because I was not yet a customer, he helped me figure out a temporary solution (diesel) until I could schedule a delivery on Monday. I did not have to think twice about which company I would be going with.

Not an ideal customer experience. Called to see if I could have an oil fill line moved and then set up a burner servicing. I never got a chance to ask about the burner service. I asked about the fill line, was then asked if I was a customer. As I am currently not, I said no, and the response I got was "unfortunately since you are not a customer, we can't help you, we are really busy and can't fit you in." I WAS looking to become a customer, but definitely not after that. Disappointing.

I have been a customer of Harrington Oil for years and always had friendly, dependable service. This morning when I ran out of oil on a Sunday, due to my own neglect, the owner not only answered the phone kindly but got someone out to fill my tank and assist within 2 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

The best customer service ever. We switched to Harrington after using another oil company we were unhappy with. Harrington has gone above and beyond for us - evening making an off hours emergency delivery on a Sunday when we ran out of oil. They always make deliveries on time, sometimes even earlier than expected. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I could go on for days on how amazing this company is. I usually don’t ever write reviews but they deserve one! I purchased a home two years ago and had non stop issues… the J L de marco crew has made time in their schedule, last minute, to Maintenance a unit that has been giving me issues.. not once but twice (this month) haha!!

They respond quickly, are professional, and deserve all the recognition! It’s not often you find a company this amazing!
