He actually answered a call on one occasion, so I thought it might work out after all. We decided he would come by "early next week" to do the job and bill me after the fact, since I wouldn't be home.

The next week came and went. No show, no call, no text. Hired someone else instead.

Used this service twice. Both times response time for estimate and service was super speedy (one occurrence was same day estimate and next day service). Very reasonable prices as I did three other estimates include official tree business. Highly recommend.

Official Tree Business is the best. My yard has never looked better. Steve explains what he is going to do and then does what he says. I've been using him for years and will continue to do so. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The guys at Official tree are hard workers and true professionals, & Steve REALLY knows his stuff (clearly an Arborist who has a passion for his work). During the consultation, he'll thoroughly explain the work that should be done....the estimates are very reasonable/competitive....and they'll perform the work to their word. I'm big on exceptional customer service...and at a time where that's somewhat of a contradiction in terms - can't say enough about the end-to-end service provided by Official.

We recently had Official Tree Business take down a few trees and trim our whole property. The team went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. Stayed longer, cleaned up and was professional from start to finish. Going forward they will be our go to for all tree work. We highly recommend them.

We've worked with a few tree companies over the past several years, but Official Tree Business has consistently been the BEST experience. Extremely responsive, impressive knowledge of trees, and even able to work safely in the horse paddocks. Note I did not say fast--as their reputation builds it takes longer to get scheduled but that's not a problem for us. They always show up when they say they will.

Stephen quickly identified what needed to be removed, trimmed, and pruned. He was on site and does the work himself, and he is so knowledgeable and professional.

The management and staff are courteous and personable, and their pricing is competitive.

This company has been terrific to work with, Tree work is expensive and knowing you can trust the company you hire is super important. I was completely satisfied with everything I had done. The team of men worked efficiently to finish all of the work contracted. They were extremely courteous and their cleanup was impeccable!
