Daniel was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable of the problems I was experiencing with my snow blower in January. He provided excellent service, both technical and customer-oriented. He also gave great tips for maintenance.

I have always had great experiences with Sears Appliance Repair and I highly recommend their services.

Technician was great, he really is making an effort to try and fix ice maker but after 14 visits we still have no answers. He called his warranty and replacement group and was told to start his diagnosis over from scratch, so if you take 14 visits plus parts replacement times two, Sears has wasted close to $6000 to fix a refrigerator ice machine, no wonder the company went out of business and the new company Transformco seems to heading in that same direction

John was extremely knowledgeable about all the different appliances and super kind and conscientious. He did a Wonderful job. He was very clear and helped me understand the way that my appliances worked in a way that I had not known before.

Technician was great the Sears repair service is a rip off needless to say I didn’t use the 850.00 charge for 129.00 dollar part ordered it though Amazon and replaced it myself.Honest technician. Almost fraudulent Sear Service.

Rob the technician did a perfectly good job. Dealing with A&E and Sears Home Services and Lowe’s warranties was hellish and I’ll never do it again. In fact I had ordered a vacuum cleaner with a warranty but due to the horrors of this experiences I’ve now canceled it. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone and even after you finally got through nobody would do anything helpful. They made me set aside a full day to wait for the repair man and then they canceled that appointment and made me another one with only two days notice. Again they wanted me to clear my entire day. The guy came an hour before the end of the day. By then all the food had rotted in my refrigerator. Will never buy from Lowe’s again and will certainly never buy their extended warranty. Would’ve been worth spending several hundred bucks to avoid having to deal with the warranty situation. Not doing that again.

Stephen, our repair man, was excellent. However, my opinion of sears has declined since the repair to my washer. It came to my attention that sears tried to pull a bait and switch on me with our replacement part. We ordered a genuine replacement part and sears took it upon themselves to order a cheap, made in China, part that they ordered thru Amazon. That is completely illegal. Once the legitimate replacement part came in, the repair was done in no time by Stephen. However, I ended up paying $299.00 for the installation of the replacement part - which took less than a half hour to do. What a rip off! I really hope sears appreciates their customers and will make things right. This was totally taking advantage of a customer.

Stephen was the most professional repairman that I have encountered in a long time. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with my excited dog. He took the time to explain to me how my stove worked and everything he was doing while troubleshooting. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because although the part that needed to be replaced was cheap, the cost for labor was quite expensive. Other than that, I was really pleased with the experience.

Service provided by Stephen was great. Though, the Sears advertising was a bait-and-switch. The online description said that the person providing the service would clean parts of the washer and dryer, but Stephen said it wasn't included when he first arrived - he advised that the online description wasn't accurate. I did have him do the rest of the service (which he did well) because it was still needed. I've included images showing what this service actually does not include for anyone else who is interested in it. Overall, shame on you, Sears Corporate.

This is the 2nd time in 3yrs in using Sears repair for my dryer. Their technicians are excellent! Twice we were so fortunate to have great guys!!

Marc is completely professional, knowledgable. polite and helpful. Also a wonderful personality. Marc asked all the right questions, applied his over 20 years of experience, and explained the situation very clearly. Could not ask for better service!

My husband's & my service technician, Tito, is the best there is! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable & skilled. Sears Appliance Repair - and we - are very lucky to have him!

New post on 8/18/25: Steven O., who serviced our dryer today, is also excellent & Sears Repair Svc. is fortunate to have him.

Stephen was very good. He had to come out 3 times because he needed parts and the way Sears schedules their technicians is terrible so that wasn't his fault. I'm not extremely happy with the service plan since it almost took a month took get my washing machine fixed and laundromats are expensive 2xs a week.

My technician kept me informed of his arrival time and was most helpful with repair advice. He also gave excellent recommendations to keep my washing machine working well into the future.
