Constraction reviews in Holyoke, Massachusetts

I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote.
Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job.
Leading up to today, I had 2 separate people tell me that they've only heard good things about Dave Miner. I'm happy to add to his positive reviews.

Dave and his crew were very accommodating. Our solar was removed on a Friday and Dave had a crew here on Sunday. They left the yard as clean as it was when they arrived.

Dave Miner’s crew showed up on time and completed the project in one day. Work was efficient and of high quality. Crew did a cleanup upon completion. Very professional project from in person quote to removal of debris. I would highly recommend Dave Minor roofing.

Great experience overall! Dave gave me a quote on the spot and got the roof done a couple weeks later in one day. They left the yard clean and the roof looks great. No pressure and didn't try to upsell me. His crew is great to communicate with and best price of all quotes I got. Highly recommended.

Dave Miner's roofs are the best I have seen in 30 years of residential real estate sales in the Pioneer Valley. He is super-experienced, thorough and cares about my clients' homes. He replaced my own roof in 2019 which means worry-free protection from rain, snow, wind and New England.

We just got our roof done yesterday and it looks amazing. From the consultation with Dave the owner, it was basically a no brainer to hire his company. He is a man of integrity. The workers started on time, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up very well…especially making sure there were no nails or metallics left laying around. Dave stopped by as well to check in on the work. During the stripping of the roof and adding the new roof a project manager was there from beginning to end. We would definitely hire his company again. While I didn’t speak with the crew my husband did and he stated the crew was nice. Thanks again for taking care of our needs and will definitely spread the word to anyone who needs services.

The roof says it all. From beginning to end the process was great. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up very well after they were finished. A project manager was on site and Dave stopped to check in on the progress

They are lousy, slow on remodeling apartments. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Excellent service, I recommend it, I loved my remodeling and they were very helpful.👏🏼

Work with the company on commercial level staff is wonderful and work is on point no headaches I recommend in every aspect from remodels to flooring to even door installation

Had Cornerstone poor a new floor for my separate garage. Very professional company with great work.

I have worked with Cornerstone on various projects spanning 10 years. Professionalism, attention to detail, skilled craftsmanship and talent, combined with integrity and an intuitive, intelligent, creative owner.
Never a problem that cannot be overcome, with reasonable solutions that fit into the competitive costing landscape of an ever evolving economy.
A truly unique company succeeding within the homogeneous construction giants permeating the industry currently.
I would recommend them on any sized project.

Disregard bad reviews, There is another company with the same name- reviews have been left by people they have never met or worked with confusing the 2 places.
This is a great and hard working small business with decades of proven reliability and trust in those who work with them.
