Roofing & Gutters reviews in Holyoke, Massachusetts

Dave's crew did a great job ! They came on time as scheduled and the whole crew worked very well together. Dennis Miner was here and helped with some repair work that was discovered after the old roofing was removed. I thank them all ! I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone needing new roofing. I would recommend Dave Miner for asphalt shingle roof replacement. I studied all the local options in Greenfield area and various shingle suppliers. It was a pretty exhausting process with big quotes from salespeople (who’ve never been on a roof) with high pressure sales tactics. Dave was refreshing to work with - he pulled up to my driveway in his van, eyeballed my roof - showed me 3 options he carried and the warranties of each. Dave prepared 3 numbers for standard/medium/lux options. I made my choice and selected a rough date - weather permitting.

On the day of, the roofing team stripped and installed new shingles in one day. They took care to not damage our flower beds and afterwards used a magnet to pick up the stray nails.

I’m happy with the finished product and have since recommended to my neighbors.

Left e-mail never returned the message

I've never heard from him.

Still waiting for a roof repair 5 months later

Very professional and quality, but speedy work. Highly recommend.

Never responded back to email I sent weeks ago , they didn’t answer there phone multiple days in a row and can’t leave a voicemail since the mailbox is full

Dave Miner is the best in all of western mass. He knows what he's doing i would recommend him to everyone

made a appointment to meet with him to get a estimate, about a week and a half out, no call, no show

Stopped by walked around never got back with quote👎

Great person. He's actually my cousin. And does all my work and doesn't cut corners. Great guy!

Professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, cleaned up so well never would have known they were here. Highly recommend.

Great job installing a new roof cleaned everything nice Left nothing behind and nice workers

Team were so efficient in their process and making sure there was no impact to surrounding plants. Very happy with the whole process.

Great experience from beginning to end. Great price, workmanship, communication and post work clean up. Very satisfied with all aspects of this project

Dave's crew is fast and professional. Good honest price and good warranty. Cleaned up great. Happy with the roof.

Dave Miner did a roof for me 20 years ago and the quality of the work stood up to the test of time. So when I needed a partial roof done he was the guy I called and he provided same level workmanship and same reasonable price.

Just had my roof done , amazing job. Crew was awesome. Everything was left spotless, roof looks great . Had new gutters with guards and downspouts crew did amazing. Everything looks great! Highly highly recommend!!!!

I am tired of guys who just want to sell. No hard sell here. Dave doesn't start high and then start dropping the prices and tell you that you have to sign now. Dave just figures out his good honest price. Of course he will work with you to lower the price by using less expensive materials or changing the scope of the work.Daver is no scammer but rather a local man who cares about his reputation and your roof.Dave has an excellent crew who know how to handle the details. ; if Dave's not there then a knowledgable crew chief .Also Dave is always availabe.by phone. Our roof looks terrefic. Now he's doing some windows for us.Dave is a good man who knows exterior home remodling!

I'd recommend Dave for skylight installation and roof related installation/repair. Very responsive. Explained well the product and did not push for oversale. Good quality installation. At least I have not experienced any issue so far. Also did not push for a ridiculous price for service. It was a good experience.

Great job. roof looks great. We were worried about the ridge vent as previous one leaked. He was very responsive and checked our concerns with the manufacturer. We are extremely pleased with the roof and have been thru a winter with no leaks. Thanks Dave and crew!
