I had a complete replacement of my 21-year-old HVAC system with a new one. The team, including Erik, Bernard, and Collin, was friendly and professional. They exhibited punctuality, honesty, and extensive knowledge about furnace repair. They offered very competitive pricing, and I was blown away by their attention to detail during the installation process. Erik, in particular, demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills. He was able to efficiently identify and rectify a couple of issues in the system, ensuring it ran perfectly. Meanwhile, Bernard was responsible for ordering my new furnace. However, he discovered it was out of stock. To my pleasant surprise, the manufacturer upgraded me to a more expensive unit at no additional cost. Overall, my experience was entirely positive. I cannot recommend this team enough for anyone in need of furnace repair or replacement services. You guys are simply the best!

we've had our ac repaired a few times now in hudson. the first time was an emergency when our ac broke down right before a trip, but erik and his team fixed it while we were away. they also put in a new heating and ac system at my mother-in-law’s condo. most recently, our old ac unit finally stopped working, and the furnace was almost done too. we called for an estimate and quickly got the work started. the technicians showed up even earlier than planned. they took care to protect our things while working and stayed very professional, keeping us updated as they installed everything. once they finished, the lead tech explained how to use the new system. i would highly recommend them if you need ac or heating work done.

purecomfort heating, air & electric is fantastic. my ac suddenly stopped working, just when i needed it most. i called and the person on the phone was friendly and helped me schedule a same-day visit. when collin arrived, he quickly figured out what was wrong with my air conditioner and fixed it in about 10 minutes. he was very polite, explained what caused the issue, and gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. i also appreciated that he was upfront about the cost before starting the repair. i will definitely call again if i have any ac problems in the future.
