I've called on them at many hours of the day, always prompt, honest, and does a fantastic job!

​I noticed some dampness near the foundation and called for a pipe repair evaluation. They used a camera to find the leak which saved a lot of unnecessary digging in my yard. The results were exactly what I hoped for and the price stayed within the original estimate.

Needed a toilet repair that kept running at night. The team arrived prepared and diagnosed a faulty valve quickly. They replaced parts on the spot and tested multiple flushes. Quiet now and no more wasted water.

Water heater installation was explained clearly from start to finish. They handled permits and checks without delays. Hot water recovery has been consistent.

​The shower installation took a bit longer than the initial estimate, but the quality of the finish is undeniable. They had to adjust some of the pipe layout behind the wall which I hadn't considered. Communication throughout the process was consistent and the final results look very professional.

We had pool plumbing repair done after noticing pressure problems. The evaluation was thorough and didn’t feel guessy. They identified a cracked section and replaced it the same visit. Pool system has been running better since.

There was a slight delay with a part delivery, but they kept us updated throughout the recovery of the schedule. The final results look great and we haven't had any issues with the water pressure.

These guys are amazing. I found R-Chee through a mutual friend and called them with a water pressure and drainage issue in my master bath which was stumping me and my existing team. R-Chee came within a couple of days and in just a couple of hours had my water flowing better than it did before the renovation. And they located the clog in a pipe we missed and released that as well. Very professional and very good at what they do. Incredible responsiveness and I have them coming back for an install now in a second bathroom. Highly recommend with the highest possible marks.
