Maid 3 attempt to speak wit someone and they hung up all three times. I’m confused. Is this a professional business or not? It’s a sign that I shouldn’t have them in my house.

David executed an excellent job for us and I highly recommend Top Hyde Park Carpet Cleaning. Exceptionally courteous and completed the work swiftly! Our carpets look just like new!

we're definitely excited with the outcomes. Having four dogs, you can imagine the kind of messes we've had to deal with. But now, our carpet feels fresh and smells lovely, almost like new. Our specialist from top hyde park carpet cleaning, brandon, was genuinely exceptional. He patiently took his time to ensure a deep rinse of the cleaning solution in our hyde park home.

Had a great time, I manage a rented property and grant turned up and did a quick yet comprehensive task. The owner, david, was observant and professional. I would definitely hire Top Hyde Park Carpet Cleaning again and I can't endorse them enough. They are the preferred carpet cleaning service in Hyde Park.

David and Tanner from Top Hyde Park Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job on my carpet cleaning project. They were professional, considerate, and ensured I was fully informed about the process. To be honest, I'm not sure where to start! To cut a long story short - if you're on the hunt for carpet cleaning professionals, your search ends here! Our residential complex recently employed a superb team for our routine cleaning cycle. Their task was to clean carpets in more than 100 apartments within a fortnight. The outcomes exceeded our anticipations. Having been a part of the residential property sector for nearly a decade, I genuinely wish we had discovered this team sooner. They swooped in to save the day when our usual cleaners couldn't make it. Their crew, comprising Tanner, David, and Brandon, is proficient, well-coordinated, and effective. We're thrilled about our decision to switch and eagerly anticipate utilizing their services once more in the upcoming cycle! A big thank you to the entire team. Our residents moved in recently and had numerous positive comments about the state of their apartments. None of this would have been achievable without your assistance!

Grant was fantastic! He was very quick to respond and did an excellent job. Here’s our story: we found a large stain on our couch and noticed some smaller, older stains we had just accepted. Although we're not sure what caused the stains, Grant called me back quickly and was able to come out at the beginning of the week. He really knows his stuff! He cleaned the entire couch and advised me to reach out if the big stain was still visible after it dried, as sometimes that can happen. Well, the large stain was 95 percent gone, and all the smaller stains disappeared! There was just a faint outline left, so I contacted Grant. He returned the next morning and treated it with a special Oxy solution. That did the trick! The couch looks as good as new. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. It's rare to find services that deliver on their promises, and this one certainly does. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning!

after my father-in-law's passing, his beautiful home needed some serious cleaning before we could put it on the market. we were short on time, so we called top hyde park carpet cleaning. david arrived right away and gave us a fair estimate for carpet cleaning and removing any lingering pet and smoke odors, promising a complete transformation. david truly surpassed our expectations! he not only cleaned the carpets but also took care of the hardwood floors and cabinets, ensuring everything looked pristine. he even cleaned the ductwork and coils, leaving no trace of any unpleasant smells. what impressed me the most was how he managed to remove the stubborn pet urine stains that had discolored the laundry room floor. i was worried they might not come out, but now the floor is bright and beautiful! i highly recommend their services and would definitely reach out again if we need help in the future.

I reached out to a carpet cleaning service, and the owner invited me to either drop off my rugs or have them picked up. I decided to take one rug to their convenient location. Just a few days later, it was ready, and the carpet looked absolutely stunning. The cleaning cost for this rug was 50% less than what I had paid at another service years ago. I was expecting to pay $250, but the price was only $120. I was so impressed that I quickly dropped off two more carpets, confident they will turn out just as beautiful. The owner is a fantastic person, and I'm really pleased to support a family-run business.
