I have been using this company for about5 years now , I am pleased with the service and price . I won't use roto rooter or other companies, they just ridiculous with the pricing . Larry is reasonable and responsive , and easy to work with.

This company is a complete joke!! I do not recommend using this company at all. Larry kept running late. Once here he guessed where the issue in my sewage was but couldn’t mark it on the street. He even got upset when i asked him where on the street has to be dug so that a excavation contractor could come in and fix the issue, so i had to call another plumber to come and locate and mark the spot … at the end Larry collected a check and couldn’t even provide me with a receipt(We verbally agreed to have a receipt emailed to me). After days of calling him and basically goin back and forth begging him for a receipt for my records this guy basically told me to forget bout it that i wasn’t getting one.To leave him alone.This was very unprofessional no one should have to beg for a receipt after handing over a check of $500. I even tried calling their office and their line goes straight to voicemail i don’t even think they have a office. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing any type of business with Larry or Just Drain Company...Lucky they get 1 star …If i could give them 0 stars i would!!

They came the same day that I called. Larry was prompt, did good work, and was very nice. Cost seemed very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Just Drains, Bail me out from a drain clog that would cost a lot of money due to the lack of experience from others who didn't know what they were doing. Just Drains also helped me discover how the tenant was maliciously sabotaging the toilet drain on the premises. I was able to give that tenant a notice to quit for cause because this is the 3rd time this has happened. We contacted Just Drains for help because other plumbers could not solve the problem without trying to charge some crazy prices. Just Drains deserved a five-star under me.

Last night while doing laundry, we noticed that the water wasn't draining and was backing up into the first floor. We called several plumbing companies but many of them were closed or unable to come until the next morning. Then we called Just Drain and everything changed!

Larry came out to fix our drain problem, and we are extremely pleased with him and plumbing services that he provided. He arrived within the time frame mentioned, and he was able to get the job done quickly. As soon as he walked through the door and saw our plumbing situation, he knew exactly what to do. Once he finished, he sat down with us and told us step-by-step what he did and answered all questions we had. He also gave us some advice on upkeep! Larry is well-knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly-- the perfect plumber!

I definitely recommend Just Drains to those who live in the Boston area!

I contacted just drains about 3 weeks ago as i had a clogged toilet. The admin assistant was very professional and scheduled a plumber to be at my home by 1pm. At 1:10 I received a call from Larry stating he was still at another job with 20 minutes left and about 40 minutes away. I said that was fine. By 2:30 no one came, 3:00, 3:30, no one. At 3:45 I had to call and was informed they were 20 minutes away. By 5:15 no one had come. I called again to cancel and was told they were 5 minutes away. They came at 5:30. Andrew, who performed the service, was professional. He informed me after 2 attempts to unclog it with tools that he would need to remove the toilet and it would be $220. 1.5 hours later he finished the work. We were charged $15 for bolts and $570 for the work which took 2 hours total (i wasn't notified when the work went beyond $220). Once done i was informed i would need to clean it. My bathroom is very small so not great for big tools, but i was upset to see small black marks on the trim and walls and what i can only guess was sewage on the floor, lower walls, and sink of the bathroom and laundry room floor that leads into the bathroom. Overall he did the work successfully so that was good though being 4 hours late with me having to call and the extent of the mess was frustrating.

Just Drains deserves many stars! I used them for a major drain problem at my Laundromat,
and they did a fantastic job! Larry and his assistant were at the site within minutes of my phone call. They quoted me a very reasonable price, and when the job took much longer than expected, they honored the original quote. I will definitely continue to use them for future jobs at my store.

Larry was absolutely fantastic. He not only monitored a problem we were having, but didn’t leave until the problem was solved and didn’t over charge us at all. He was very fair in pricing and was patient explaining the problem. we will definitely only go to Larry now when we have any issues. We are so grateful!

We had a tub clogged and leak and Larry from Just Drains was very prompt on communication and service. Also, he freely gave preventative maintenance instructions and advice. We are VERY pleased with the work and professional demeanor! Thank you!

I only gave 1 star because I had to. On 10/18/23 this business did a $950 job where they had to run a Jet in my main pipe and also have a camera go in the pipe. This job cost $950. The job breakdown was $600 for the Jet and $350 for the use of a camera. After making payment a receipt was requested. After 2 months of excuses, this business provided an incorrect invoice for the amount of $694. (If only that was what was paid). When the business, specifically Larry, was informed that that was the incorrect amount, he instantly became very disrespectful. Stating he will send the correct amount but then his "modem" happens to stop working upon this request. Keep in mind minutes before, he sent the incorrect invoice with no problems. It's hard to not feel like this business is not trying to cheat on taxes. It seems like they may be trying to illegally avoid paying income and sales taxes or likely keeping no or fake books for tax reasons due to their reluctance to give a receipt for services that were performed. A professional, legitimate, licensed, and properly insured contractor will give you a receipt without you having to ask for it. Don't even do it to yourself. Go to another company that is more legit! Larry called me back so eager after my voicemail left inquiring services until he found out who I was then did his favorite thing, Hang up the phone on me. Who wants to do business with that.
