Fantastic crew!! John and his crew really helped out with water mitigation and restoration services really going above and beyond to make it looks as good as (honestly better than!) new! I appreciated the great communication and professionalism. Hoping I don't have another water leak, but if anyone else does I highly recommend their services!

Had problems with sewage backing up into my house and Servpro was my best solution. I’ve worked with them twice now and they were their staff were the most professional, responsive and very friendly. Helder was super responsive- I was impressed!

I had a horrendous flood in a newly purchased property and needed over 10 days of drying. The teams that were involved in the remediation were extremely courteous, thorough and careful. On one occasion when it had snowed, they shoveled a path to my house, and always cleaned up after each visit.

So, we got a pretty ugly Christmas gift for 2020 (as if 2020 wasn’t horrible enough). The warm weather and rain melted all of the snow in our neighborhood, and since our house is situated at a low point on the street all of the water rushed underground and completely flooded our basement (almost 2 inches of standing water!!). We didn’t even have time to react to it since it happened so quickly. Without hesitation we called ServPro of Hyde Park/Roslindale to start the remediation process.

Within an hour they had one of their best on the job (George). He was incredibly professional, courteous, and polite since the moment he arrived. He assured us he would have the water cleaned up and get the basement drying in no time. Given the extent of the flooding I honestly found it difficult to believe him, but he was so confident about it which made me feel even more at ease.

Well, within an hour or so George had all of the water pumped out of the basement and he was moving to the next phase of the clean up. He set up a series of fans and dehumidifiers in the basement and told me to keep the fans running for the next three days to dry the basement out completely. After about a total of two and a half hours or so George was finished and I was feeling incredibly hopeful that my basement would get dried out completely.

After three days of non-stop fans and dehumidifier operation in the basement, it was completely dry!! I couldn’t believe it, I was so relieved. ServPro came out on the last day to collect the drying equipment, not before testing the basement surfaces for any residual moisture, incredibly thorough. All surfaces tested were below any actionable limit, and I knew at that point that I couldn’t have called a more qualified company to help with our flooding and water damage.

When all of the equipment was taken back I went down to my basement for my own walk through the only thing that I couldn’t stop thinking (and saying) was “it’s like it never even happened”. I couldn’t be any happier. Don’t hesitate to call ServPro of Hyde Park/Roslindale if you have water damage in your house. You won’t be disappointed!
