I give 1 star because my new unit was installed last year, paid over $4,000.00 and it’s broken already. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS “COMPANY”. Terrible customer service & the unit was not put in properly. We will have to take our business elsewhere to be treated fairly & have the job done correct, unfortunately. We informed him of the issues, came right out and spent 20 minutes in total (we have cameras) at our residence & never knocked on our door to let us know he was done, never returned our call/voice mail- The guy just doesn’t communicate & that’s tough to deal with AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. Trust me when I say, do not give your business to the first person that can come to your residence. We went here for quick service & we are back to square one the very next summer. Take your business somewhere else for a professional job done right- DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PERSON- You will regret it.
