Electrical reviews in Kingston, Massachusetts

Chris Joy did excellent electrical services that were completed at my house for the she shed. The work was professional, efficient, and high quality. Everything was installed neatly, safely, and exactly as requested. Very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend.

My wife is happy with the results. Now she has power to her she shed! She can hang out with her friends, do yoga and watch her Real Housewives episodes in the shed!

I will calling him soon for my man shed!

Thanks Chris!

Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very glad I found him to put in our Generac system.
I and other maintenance people were very impressed by how clean and organized he finished the job. I have no qualms in recommending Chris..

Chris Joy and team do a fantastic job with great attention to detail

Work both inside for a fan installation and outside on some older non-working lights. Everything now working great!

Chris has enlarged the electric panels to accommodate the electrical work he completed at both our cottage and home. I would recommend Chris to do any electrical work you need. You will definitely not be disappointed.

An efficient and highly competent electrician, I've hired him for multiple projects at both my home and my business.

I Recently hired CM Joy Company To install a three zone Minisplit system and a ducted heat pump system at my house. The work was meticulous, exceeding any expectations my wife of myself had. Not to mention, the unit was sized perfectly. The mass representative commented on multiple aspects of the clean work and functionality. I would HIGHLY Recommend Chris and his crew for any Electrical or HVAC project.

C.M Joy Company did an outstanding job rewiring and installing some lighting at my yoga studio! Came out beautiful, Chris’s attention to Detail is like no other.
This company is extremely professional, punctual and a “JOY” to work with! You won’t be disappointed!

Chris has installed recessed lights in my home. He is very efficient and does meticulous work. He arrived as scheduled and on time. Chris also installed my generac generator a few years ago. Chris and his employees also installed outdoor lighting and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I’ve been working with CM Joy Electric in Kingston, MA, for many years now (they’ve been serving the area for years as a trusted, veteran‑owned, licensed and insured company) . They’re always prompt, professional, and well‑informed. Every job — whether a minor repair or a full installation — is handled expertly and efficiently. Chris came to my house to install electrical as sub-contractor for a heat-pump install that was being led by ARS. I originally made the project request through Home Depot and they were assigned to complete it.

The whole experience was excellent. The office manager was professional, competent and polite and helped me schedule my initial estimate as well as the install. The pricing on the install was extremely competitive, significantly beating out another quote I received. ARS included the electrical work in the project, performed by C.M. Joy.

Chris was professional, friendly and extremely competent, working diligently and efficiently to complete the work. Chris showed up on time and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing.

Overall, I highly recommend Chris / C.M. Joy.

Chris has done several projects on our home. Including a new service, recessed lighting and exterior lighting. I would highly recommend Chris and we have done so many times. I’m also a real estate agent and we have referred him to many clients over the years.

Chris did several jobs for us during a couple of remodeling projects. He does excellent work and worked with us and our GC to accommodate our schedule. And he is very reliable and responsive.

Chris and his crew are excellent. Prompt, fair with pricing and delivery high quality results. We have used him on several properties we manage as well as our own homes.

CM Joy has always been a great company to deal with. Chris and his team always return calls, keep me updated on all the details you know the who, what, where and when stuff. Costs are always explained and very fair. Workmanship is outstanding. One of the things I appreciate most the clear, honest and selfless feedback I get, sometime I ask for over complicated things and alternative approaches are discussed and I get to choose what I want, but now educated. You will be happy in the end.

Great service, the worker was very kind and understood his job. He also finished the job fairly quick.

Subpar customer service at best. Employees are blatantly rude and disrespectful. Trucks regularly block intersections, driveways, and create dangerous road conditions. High liability partner better worth avoiding
