The entire team at Heat Pumps is professional, punctual, and they truly care about doing what is right for the customer. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and will try to trouble shoot issues over the phone/email and they return phone calls/emails in a timely manner. The certified service technicians also go out of their way to get the job done and make their customers happy. Heat Pumps Unlimited was instrumental in helping fix another local HVAC company's mistakes who only cared about getting the sale and refused to fix our units which were under warranty. Heat Pumps Unlimited fixed the botched installation of the other HVAC company and continue to maintain our Fujitsu system. I would highly recommend using Heat Pumps Unlimited, LLC! They truly are invested in you as the customer and have your best interest at heart. I will be a customer for life. I thank everyone who works there for being so wonderful.

HPU did what other outfits wouldn't. HPU was willing to work with us on a new home build in '22-'23. The design and implementation of the HVAC system was expertly done in a timely manner. Where HPU really shines however, is their customer service. They have been responsive and available whenever I've called with the many questions I've asked. Standing behind their installation is paramount in my opinion. HPU has proven that. Thank you for being there throughout the building of our new home.

This company is the best in the the business extremely pleased.

HPU was a fantastic group to work with. Extremely competent , great price and solid customer service and support. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great people, excellent service. I prefer local and they are. I have never had a problem with my heat pump since installation. Always ready to answer a question.

Heat Pumps Unlimited could not have done a more perfect install of my heat pumps. I can’t imagine using another company. All workers were very friendly and polite when we had questions.

Hpu installed my mini splits a couple years ago which I have had great experience with and they cleaned them annually which also has been great
So far, problem free plus the system is incredibly economical saving me a lot of money of heating and cooling the house
I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism

I’ve been working with Mitch and his team at HPU for years at my salons. His service and pricing is excellent and we have referred many of our clients to them-all very happy with their work!

A family run company that values the customer. I called and they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. I explained I really needed it sooner due to a trip. They were able to squeeze me in a few days after my call. On the day of my appointment it was the owner who and he was on time, pleasant, and took the time needed to explain everything to me. They will be my go to for any future needs!

I have had my headphones for several years now. Hate pumps unlimited has cleaned my heat pumps for the last several years. I love it. No more hauling air condition is in and out of the window.
I am looking forward to having two more put in my house.

It has taken me a week to write a review for this company because quite frankly, I was left speechless.

As part of our huge home renovation, central AC was a must on my list. Unfortunately, we had many contractors coming out to the house, and almost never followed up with a quote. Mitch was on time and provided a quote for me within a week.

They worked well with the MassSave partnership and were able to get the paperwork done in a very timely manner. Work started last Monday and was completely done by Wednesday, as promised.

They had an entire crew of workers and were able to get all 3 floors of my house done as well as have an electrician come in. I am beyond thrilled with their level of expertise and professionalism.

The guys were so courteous, they took care not to scratch my newly done hardwood floors and even asked permission to use the restroom. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day, they even vacuumed the dust from the holes they cut for the vents.

Never in my life have I dealt with such professional contractors. EVER. We have had so many projects done in this home in the past 2 years, and NO ONE even compares. This company is a whole new level of amazing. 15 out of 10 stars - the best in business.

Good job as always! Keep your mini splits clean!

Very helpful company. They have come out twice and both times it has been operator error. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. Recommend very highly!

Heat pumps unlimited were very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting mini splits installed. Excellent in the summer when it’s very hot.

Installed my whole house split system and service it every year. Always arrive timely, are respectful and do great work. Helped get me a sizable rebate too. Highly recommend.

Really good responsive family run business. For example, they installed a multi heat pump system after moving into house but due to construction couldn’t complete work. They said they would happily return when I had demo work done and 2 years (not months) they did just that.

Thanks for your service. The guys are always pleasant and informative.

Service performed in a very timely manner. Happy I've found HPU

Heat Pumps Unlimited installed Fujitsu mini splits on 8/17/20 in my manufactured home. They have kept me cool in the summer and warm in the winter for 4 years without any problems. Heat Pumps Unlimited Does very good work. FYI, I have not been paid or reimbursed for this endorsement.
