Tree reviews in Kingston, Massachusetts

Eric and his son did a great job cutting back tree limbs that were hanging over the house and shed. A difficult job that they made look easy. Well done!

Colonial Tree Service came recommended to me by my brother in law and father in law. I contacted them in late spring to get an estimate on removing 3 medium trees, 1 large pine and 1 clump of birch trees, as well as pruning 7 other large trees. When it was time to do the work, they showed up on time, talked over the plan was going to be and then got to work. I was extremely impressed with the care Colonial Tree Service took when working in my yard, you would have thought they were working in their own yard with how carefully they dropped the trees. Plus, their cleanup has all the completion beat, not only would you never know they were there, but that part of my yard is cleaner than before the work was done. Highly recommended.

Eric and his son were awesome to work with and very professional ! They cut down 3 trees and cleaned up and removed everything nicely. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them again!

We used Colonial Tree to clean up several large tree branches around our property, and cut down some dead trees to haul them away. They were very tidy cleaning up the yard, quick to come out, and very professional. We will use them again!

Colonial Tree removed 3 large Norway Maple trees from my property using a crane. Eric is very knowledgable, honest, and fair, and I knew from our first conversation that we were in good hands. They arrived on time, and completed the job in one day as promised, leaving the yard completely cleaned up. Their work ethic and teamwork is impressive. I highly recommend Colonial Tree Service, and would definitely use them again.

As usual (used Colonial Tree twice) Eric and son did an amazing job. Other than my unruly bushes and shrubs being precious trimmed I would have never known they were there because there was no mess left behind.
Hire local and use Colonial Tree Service you will not be disappointed!

Great experience from start to finish. Communications were prompt and clear, no surprises, the crew did a great job and cleaned up so nice. Thanks for a safe and fantastic job!

The owner Eric knows the business well, the workers were polite and worked together like well oiled machines, they even helped me move a set of stairs with their crane. Highly recommend, they took down some huge pine trees for me, very grateful it was done so carefully, Professional Work. Thank you.

Very professional & efficient team! They took down two problematic 100 ft pine trees for us. A crane was required due to the tree size & area of where the trees were located. They clean up so well too, that I swear the areas were cleaner than before they started! I highly recommend Colonial Tree Service!

Eric and his crew did an amazing job at our home this spring removing over 40 trees. They were fast, professional, and cleaned up after each day's work. Would and have already recommended Colonial Tree Service to my neighbors.

With so many tree services to choose from on the South Shore, I highly recommend Colonial Tree Service for your pruning, or tree removal needs. Eric is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and responsive.
Prices are competitive, I would definitely use this service again, very satisfied with the work.

I contacted Colonial tree services to have three large trees cleaned up.
I could tell right away during our estimate that Eric was professional and had an eye for detail. He pointed things out that we had not noticed in an effort to make things look clean and appealing.
His estimate for the job was competitive with other rates I had received. I chose his company because of his honesty and extensive knowledge in our project.
My work hours made it more difficult to secure a date to have the work done, however Eric worked with my schedule and came up with a day/time quickly. I very much appreciate the flexibility.
They arrived on time as expected and got right to work. He was attentive to making sure no branches fell on my fences or plants. They cleaned up well afterwards. I am impressed with their work, the trees and our yard look so much better now.
He even made sure to inform me that one of the trees had carpenter ants and to keep an eye on it.
I highly recommend Eric and his team at Colonial Tree.

I am so impressed with Colonial Tree! We had them here to do some tricky canopy raising around some wires and to trim some branches from trees that were already pretty lopsided.

When I tell you that this spot on my property went from pathetic and janky to something attractive, I am underplaying their skills. Everything looks tidy but NATURAL, even our sad leaning old ladies.

And there was not a leaf or a twig left behind. Were it not for the drastic improvement in how everything looked, you would never know they were here.

And the best part? The cost for this whole area was much less than other quotes we got for just the "leaners". We lived in the woods before this house and know how much this kind of work costs to have done right. Colonial Tree was incredibly fairly priced and with a much better outcome than we've seen before.

Seriously, these guys are your answer!

Eric and his son were amazing! Willing to take on a smaller job with an incredibly competitive price. On the day of they couldn’t have been more efficient, clean and respectful. Thank you Eric!

Outstanding work and great price! The guys were great, fast and reasonably priced. The also did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up after the job. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed! Just hired Colonial tree to remove a couple of fallen trees in my yard and they did a great job. The price was fair (lowest of 3 quotes) and they scheduled it at a time so my lawn would not be ruined by their equipment due to warmer wet weather. Seems they cared about the customer! They did a great job cleaning up as well. They will be first on my list for future tree work. 10 out of 10

Five stars for Colonial Tree Service!
Colonial Tree Service removed a tree from my yard, and trimmed another that was growing out of control. I would recommend this Company to anyone, and everyone. They’re truly so meticulous aside from the tree being gone- you would not have known they were here!! They’re true professionals who care about the job they do. Will definitely use them again the future. Wonderful father and son team.

Look no further for your tree removal. Eric and his son were quick, efficient and the best price around. So impressed with their work on removing a large cherry tree from our yard. Very professional and easy to work with from start to finish!

WOW!!!!! I think this is the best business I have ever worked with. 28 trees down around our home. The 4 men were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I commend the youngest on the team. Great customer service skills and is certainly an asset to the company. Was a pleasure and a honor to have them all.

Colonial tree service is top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and experts. They provided free estimate and fair pricing. They had the equipment and skill to remove and prune several trees while leaving the area completely clean. Highly recommended
