Rob and his team did an excellent job fixing our furnace issue and broken flue from the recent storm. He was punctual and always kept me updated on his arrival time, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, he clearly explained what he was doing and kept me informed every step of the way.
He was very professional, tidy, and made sure everything was working properly before finishing the job. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone needing furnace repair or HVAC service!

Rob installed two Samsung air conditioner/ heating head units indoors, as well as a Samsung condenser unit outdoors (mini-splits). Just an incredible job and nothing short of perfection by him
and his assistant Lou. This is the third separate job now that Competitive Plumbing & HVAC (Rob Gillis-Owner) has done at our home. Take a look at the pictures on his website and surely you’ll see what a terrific craftsman he is. A WOW!
Friendly, easy to talk to and extremely timely. The Atomic Clock in Boulder, Colorado, probably set its time on Rob’s watch. It’s been an absolute pleasure having designated Rob as our family Plumber/HVAC Technician. He does every aspect of Plumbing and HVAC work possible. Top quality work and knowledgeable about what products will best suit his customers. -
