we have Kate bi weekly. She is just the best! She is punctual professional and a very nice person. We enjoying talking when she’s here. We share stories, she’s always interested in our parylized frenchie. She is so sweet and responsive to her🐾♥️ . She is also a very conscientious cleaning tech. Kate always pays attention to details. She’s always going above , she does things like straightening out my huge bookcase overflowing with books. It’s always something. Even the little things I walk around the house and see after she’s been here. She is wonderful.

Tiffany has been excellent! She is thorough and always on time. Tiffany is cheerful and professional. We couldn’t ask for better service. A++++

Ceara was amazing. She left our house sparkling clean. You could tell she cares about her work and takes pride in it. She responds to any notes with special instructions promptly and thoroughly. If she has questions about anything she reaches out.

I have been using The Cleaning Advantage service for many years, and have always been pleased with employees sent to clean my house. The personnel are bright and efficient in their work.

Wasnt very impressed. Our house was very organized before two girls arrived, with hopes they could really perform a deep clean. For example, we had just finished a renovation in the upstairs bathroom and we hadn’t put the shower curtain back up, there were no soaps or toilet paper, absolutely nothing was put back in the bathroom and they didn’t even clean under the vanity nor wipe down the blinds. We’re not even sure they washed the floor. As for the rest of the house same story. They didn’t get under TV stand, or under the couch, or in between laundry baskets in the laundry room. For $500 which is more expensive then other companies this was not worth it and I’m really disappointed as I found myself cleaning areas after they left. Owner offered to send staff back to clean areas I wasn’t happy with but I’m no longer interested in working with a crew that couldn’t get it right with open organized spaces.

Olivia does an Amazing job! My home looks and smells great. She even deals with the fur children watching her, cat must supervise. I would recommend her and this company to anyone in search or need.

“Clean the house day” is my favorite day of the week! Stephanie is so sweet and very professional. She always does a wonderful job cleaning. I love that she folds my towels and toilet paper like those in a hotel :-)

Karen and her team are outstanding. We've been using their service for several years, and the communication, quality of work, and responsiveness to special needs have always been top notch. I've often run into the cleaning team(s) when working from home, etc -- they're consistently friendly, helpful, and honest.

After trying a couple of cleaning people, I found TCA about a year and a half ago. Hiring them is one of the best decisions I have ever made. After an initial evaluation with Karen, she decided Brenda would be a good fit, and she sure is! She comes every other week, and is friendly, professional, and hardworking. She ALWAYS leaves my home spotless.

This is the second time I’ve used The Cleaning Advantage. The first time I’ve used them was when I moved to my new apartment. They did a terrific job and I decided to call them again.
This time, my apartment looked worse than when I moved in. But this company cleaned it and made it look great again.
One of the things that I truly appreciate is that they are always on time. They said they will be at my door at 9:30 and they kept their word. Will certainly use them again, when my apartment will be a disaster (that's a certain thing).

I contacted Karen right before I had elbow surgery and knew that I needed help with my home. She responded promptly and we set up the service to start immediately. My cleaning professional is Sharay and she is a delightful person. Sweet and hard working. I enjoy seeing her every other week. I was so happy with her service that I recommended it to friends of ours. They now have Sharay and are very pleased. My elbow is healed but I am keeping this service as it is wonderful. We love Tiffany, who does a beautiful job cleaning for us every two weeks. She is prompt and professional, works very hard and has a lovely, gentle demeanor. It is always so uplifting to see how thoroughly she has cleaned and cared for our home!

We started with a deep cleaning of our home and now have a bi-weekly cleaning. They do a fantastic job and we can’t say enough about how much we love this service. They’re courteous, professional, and always greet us with a smile. A few times we were still trying to get the kids out the door to school when they showed up and they were more than accommodating. I regularly recommend this service to my friends in the local area.

If not in a hurry to get the cleaning done and looking to have easier tasks, like a dusting and vacuuming, they are good. Deep cleaning is not that deep, even with additional paid cleaning items, much of the detailed cleaning gets over looked. For example, backsplash is included with deep cleaning, but when I wiped the backsplash right after the cleaning, gray black water was running down; some cabinet front was still dirty and some areas still had dust to the touch. It's not bad, in general its clean, but there is definitely some inconsistency from spot to spot. Carpet was clean and countertops were shiny though.

I'm very impressed with this company. Very professional and the owner is extremely attentive. Reasonably priced for great service.
Our house cleaner, Ray is awesome! I got to meet her this week and she was so spot on, efficient and effective at her job. I do bi-weekly cleanings and may bump it to weekly down the road.
Highly recommended.
