Best board up service I have ever utilized!

Work was done sloppy & didn’t come with the price I was quoted... Didn’t like there services.

These people hire others (sub-contractors) to do work for them and wind up not paying for completed services. They are scumbags. Dishonest as the day is long, no integrity. Stay away from this company!

Kevin, Ashley, and Cathy are a great team to work with. They are very responsive and head to our customers quickly when they are in need of a board up or tarp services. Thank you!

A few weeks ago we noticed some leaking in our roof. LaPointe Construction went out of their way, before more rain and snow fell, to visit our house and do a full inspection of the roof and patch what needed patching. I would highly recommend them for any job!!! Very professional and efficient. #bestinbusiness

Almost T-boned one of their trucks. The driver was in the far right lane and at the last minute decided to do a u-turn and just cut right in front of me, i missed the truck by inches.
The driver obviously only cares about himself and never mind the safety of others on the road.

That driver represents the company while driving the company truck and driving recklessly reflects poorly on the company!

They hire delinquents. After a house fire they were hired to board up and lock the house. They were the only people allowed and on the property after the fire fighters left. Employees and owner stole electronics, collectibles, liquor and jewelry. I found my liquor in owners truck bed before police arrived to file report. Owner was very disrespectful and dismissive. His last words over the phone were “good luck proving it”. I’m sure this wasn’t their first time and definitely not their last. Be aware of these scums!

Poor customer experience. I was working thru Servpro of Lawrence who was very nice. I needed an external wall covered after storm damage Monday 10/18. I was told that Lapointe Construction would contact me and let me know when. I wasn’t contacted until 4pm to say sorry we cannot go out. Really?? I called Servpro of Lowell and they had a gentleman come out at 9pm to cover up the wall. Great service from Servpro of Lowell.
Lapointe didn’t seem to care when I spoke with them. Thanks!!!

A++ experience. Family run business that takes pride in their work and actually care about what ever situation you are in. I live in a 6 row with 6 different owners. We had a poor installation this summer (Aug 2022). Flashing around 5 chimneys was cut flush to the shingles rather than wrapped under. Kevin and his team came and repaired the flashing and did a fantastic job. He was able to save us each a couple hundred bucks based off his initial quote. His dad even came to help. Highly recommend LaPointe construction!

In the restoration business when responding to an emergency that may need a board up my one call would be to LCBS. I've been in the restoration business for over 31 years, and they've always been my one call when needed. They have always responded the same day and withing hours which made my job much easier.

Do not trust this business.
I was sold a broken fridge. When you call the store they ignore you and don’t respond on messenger. The warranty is not legitimate as you will never be able to get in touch with them after your purchase. Do not buy anything from this business they will rob you.

Run, do not walk. I'm currently suing them, for giving them a faulty refrigerator that didn't work and not giving me my money back. They have screwed many people that I know of, and the paperwork is going through as we speak. They also will not take away the broken fridge they sold me. They refuse to pick it up, so I am suing them for that as well. If I dont not get all my money back, I will tell all of Massachusetts about their terrible business practices over any and all social media sites.

I purchased I refrigerator and a dishwasher from this place. The refrigerator came missing parts and I had to order from amazon and I paid $67,00. Dishwasher was missing the power cord, then I went to home depot and bought one and paid $14,00 and install on the dishwasher. I had to pay a lot of money to the plumber for installation and in the end the dishwasher DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I called them so many times and they rudely answer the phone and it is a month over and they even came to fix or replace the dishwasher. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU PAY EVERYTHING. I have to buy another one, and I lost all my money.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THIS STORE.
