Paul is a pleasure to deal with. Personable, responsive, and honest, he knows his business, and offers sound advice and best practices. He once told me, that as an arborist, rather than just a guy running a chain saw, that he is more focused on the plants left behind after his work, not just the ones he removes.
He works in a careful, predictable and methodical way, very reassuring around things that a homeowner does not want harmed (like phone wires, ornamental trees and shrubs, roofs and siding). It is such a pleasure to review what he left us with: 3 dangerous, storm and lightning damaged trees safely down, a large invasive Norway Maple transformed into a large pile of firewood, a Sycamore limbed up to provide more light and air for our beautiful Kousa Dogwood, a quick pruning of the Dogwood to control leggy growth and to shape it, and best of all, perhaps, all the limbs and debris cleaned up, even the road swept clean. Great job, Mr. McCracken! Hope to have a reason for you to come back soon. Jim

Needed a split limb taken care of. I contacted 4 services and Gagnon/GLTS is the only tree service in the area that makes time to come give an estimate. Job was done quickly and professionally. Will hire them again if I have any more tree issues :)

Travis and the Timber Pros team showed up 7:30AM with a 65 ton of crane
and other heavy loaded equipments. The team removed two 80+ years old massive oak trees which were so closed the house, trimmed a huge oak tree branch leaning toward the house, trimmed a huge maple tree and grinded two huge stumps. They're so punctual, professional, and a great value that no other tree company could beat their work. Thank you Timber Pros Tree Service! Now we can sleep peacefully without worrying about tree falls.

Highly recommended company for tree removal. Timber Pros were lightning fast to respond, clear communication, upfront and great pricing, they came and did the job when they said they were going to...nothing more I could ask for as a consumer. Great job. Would recommend and would use again. Reasonably priced, came when promised. We had 5 large trees removed in the backyard which required the use of a crane. Very efficient. Finished all tree removal in 1 day and came back promptly next day to grind the stump we wanted gone. Cleaned up and even raked. Had their blowers going cleaning up any debri on road. Even cleaned up some large downed branches that had fallen previously. Very satisfied.

Timber Pro Tree Services removed a large maple tree from our yard. They were very systematic and professional both in the removal and clean up. Chose them as they provided both tree removal and stump grinding services which is a specialty in and of itself based on my search. Would highly recommend them!!

I highly reccommend Timber Pros. They have just taken down a huge and precarious rotting oak limb which had partially broken off from the main trunk . The tip of the limb was caught up in a nearby tree and was suspended horizontlally 25 to 30 up in the air.... and very close to neighbors. Timber Pros did an expert job every step of the way ... very professional, safe, and respectful of property. This is the 2nd time I have hired Timber Pros and I have had great service both times! I wish I could give ten stars.

Timber Pros just wrapped up a job I had to remove two 100' white pines, a medium sized maple, and a broken branch. They brought in a beefy crane along with their own equipment and had the job done in a couple of hours. They out priced three other tree companies and did an excellent job all around. Highly recommend. I will be leveraging them for future tree work.

Timber Pros was very professional from beginning to end. They went above and beyond with their service. I needed multiple trees cut around my in-ground pool and I was very nervous about it but they handled it like pros. They left the area afterwards very clean. Highly recommend them for any tree service needed.

Timber Pros removed two big bushes and 4 trees from our yard. They were great at communicating and giving updates when they were running late. They have a great team and got the job done in about three and a half hours. They also cleaned up the tree branches and wood chips from the street and yard afterwards. We would recommend Timber Pros for tree removal and will be scheduling them for stump grinding once the weather clears up.

Called a few companies after a large tree fell on our pool after a storm. Timber Pros actually showed up on time for the estimate, unlike majority of the others! The owner gave recommendations that would minimize any additional damage to our pool and yard. We decided to schedule with Timber Pros on the spot. A couple days later, the crews arrived and the job was done! Overall, the experience was seamless and turned what was an extremely stressful situation into something of the past. We’ll be calling them in the spring for some additional work. Thank you for helping our family and saving our pool!

We had a great experience with Timber Pro. I sent them an email through their website and they responded the following day. We set up an appointment for an estimate that night and they had an opening the next day. We had 6 trees removed. They had to use a bucket truck as they were working around an above ground pool. Three guys showed up, worked carefully and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the yard, hauled everything away and took care mto not to damage my lawn. Their quote was less than we thought it would be. We were very happy from start to finish!

Timber pros not only quoted the best price but they were friendly , professional and did an excellent job cleaning up at the end. I originally asked for 5 trees to be removed but as the day came I decided to ask for a 6th tree to be removed. They had no issues with removing the additional tree even though it was a last minute ask. Highly recommend!

Travis and his crew did a great job with a large shrub removal project including additional challenges with embedded wire fencing and overgrown vines. The entire process was great including communication, clean-up and price.

I helped facilitate services from Timber Pros at my grandmother’s home. The owner was timely and knowledgeable when completing the estimate, and gracious to explain what we should expect of the process from start to finish. Once scheduled, the crew arrived day of right on time and got to work. All was completed faster than we expected and we appreciated the extra efforts put in to clean up any debris.
