Blive has come to my house twice now and have blown my expectations away both times. My husband, the skeptic, said that he was furious when he came home because he thought a window was left wide open in the heatwave… it was just so clean it looked like it wasn’t there! I especially appreciate that all of my toddler’s toys that have been missing for months are found when the Blive team comes.

The Blive cleaning team showed up on time and worked steadily and thoroughly cleaning all rooms top to bottom, including wiping all shelves/closets. I liked the way they mopped the floors - using cloths they squeezed out repeatedly rather than a sponge mop. I highly recommend them!

We were in desperate need for deep cleaning help & Blive’s team was extremely thorough. So thankful. They were very kind with our kids & dogs too.

Alessandra the owner is wonderful and she trains her staff to do a wonderful job too!!! She and her staff did a job for us that was a lot of glass and high end lacquer finish furniture and it was flawless. Extra things like the way she folds the pillow cases on the pillow to the bow tie on the TP and paper towels!!!! Just going the extra mile means so much and shows they care about the customer experience and not just cleaning something.

I hired Blive House Cleaning for a move-in deep clean and carpet clean as a closing gift to my clients. They did a marvelous job and were very responsive, especially given the non-standard situation. I would hire them for my own house in the future based on this experience!

Amazing cleaning service and very easy to deal with. I recently moved into a new apartment in which the company did an amazing job with the deep cleaning. They are very responsive and easy to deal with. They also use non toxic chemical cleaning products which is a plus! Highly recommend for anyone needing a deep cleaning or just an overall clean of their home.

We continue to have a great experience with Blive in biweekly cleaning of our house. Every time, the space looks “wow” after the job is done. The ladies are highly detailed and nice to pets. It is easy to communicate with Alessandra and the responses are quick. I got in touch with Ale and that same day she came by to see the house we had purchased. It needed alot of love and with a 3yr old and newborn it was impossible for me to do it. A couple days later the ladies came in and scrubbed it down so that now our family can start to move in our stuff and make this feel like home. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them for regular cleaning going forward. I only wish I had gotten before and after pictures to show their work!

I highly recommend Blive! I have been a customer of Blive for around 2 years, and Blive has been consistently diligent in their services. They have been easy to schedule with, and arrive within expected time windows. They are always friendly, professional and work efficiently. When I moved earlier this year, the quickly came to the new house to provide a quote and began services very soon after our move. I am on a biweekly schedule with them, and it feels amazing when they complete the cleaning- they cover the house from top to bottom, getting all dust, dirt, and animal fur. I’ve noticed little details like how they decoratively fold and display my throw blankets, they even nicely fold my dogs’ blankets on their beds. They leave every room looking like a 5-star hotel. As a busy person, Blive saves me so much time by taking care of my house, and their services are worth the investment!

If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would. Not only does Blive cleaning do great work, but the staff involved are truly good people! I had a bit of a complicated job for them, but they rose to the occasion and then some. I will never hesitate to recommend Blive cleaning for any cleaning job!

READ CAREFUL BEWARE, this review is long overdue. I hired this cleaning company while I was away on vacation and gave them full access to my house alongside other vendors. This was for a full DEEP house cleaning WITH vacuuming the rugs. I reached out to them because of their reviews. They went ahead and did the upstairs and disregarded taking the tint off the windows as I requested and they didn’t do one of the rooms upstairs. It was neatly put by the painters easily able to work around. Now here’s the catch i get back from vacation and I pay the invoice thinking they did well by me and from the dense communication I have with them all in text and email. I’m a very clear communicator. I had the perception they did the whole house upon leaving. Comes to find out twenty mins after me paying the full bill 900+ tip…. They told me, they didn’t even do the downstairs at all or the garage and it was almost like it wasnt their problem. I’m like whoa you guys just lost your integrity and trust with me… I attempted to have them come but I requested my tip I left back. This was all before I actually arrived home ….. so I come home from vacation, and holy moly, comes to find out that they didn’t do near as much as they promised, I felt robbed … in fact, a lot of what was requested wasn’t done so I had them come back and I demanded they make this right ….instead one woman came and literally did nothing but clean mirrors , she turned my dehumidifier off in spite, and left my back gym door open They cleaned the windows and they additionally cleaned the sliding door. They didn’t vacuum the rugs. They didn’t clean the floor they didn’t clean the garage. They didn’t clean anything yet. I paid for a full house cleaning $900.

I’ve had many vendors here and they all have kept thier integrity and business agreement , I have a video of me walking in the nite they last minute told me as I was gone it was the only time they could come Ill take a picture of the cleaning of the rug I did and I’ll post the video of me walking in shocked

I demanded a refund partially, no return, no one has gotten back to me ….seems like they can’t afford mistakes and are unable to make this right

I’ve never ever seen something like this , I had even said do I know someone that has spite against me

I spent half hour scrubbing floor in whole basement , garage was never cleaned

Again I feel robbed behalf of what I requested I did myself

If your to broke to fix your mistakes , get out of business

First time using this service and I did NOT regret it at all. We requested the deep clean. The staff were very friendly and thorough. They gave attention to every little detail. The results are amazing! About two thirds of the way through the cleaning I was a little concerned that they might not have enough time to finish, but after a quick call with Pryscilla, they had a second crew at my home to assist and even though they needed a few extra hands and it took a little longer, the results were well worth it and they didn't even charge any extra. Wow what a service! I'll definitely be calling on them again and will highly recommend them.
