I needed my tub unclogged. Joseph was very polite, informative, letting me know everything he was doing, efficient, he was able to unclog in an hour. He had to suction out what I had put in first and then snake it. He showed me that the stopper had broken and logged in my pipe. He gave future recommendations and left my bathroom as clean as he found it.
I am very satisfied with the professionalism and personable quality of this service.

Tech was very good and knowledgeable! I believe his name was Josh or Joshua but he was amazing… really showed me and explained everything he was doing… cleaned up after himself…I would definitely request for his services again if I have any other problems..

To be perfectly frank, we only went with RotoRooter because we had a raw sewage emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday and figured a large company would be the only way we could get same-day service on a holiday. But we were very pleasantly surprised, in that the RR service people (particularly Jon and Chris) were astonishingly efficient, a pleasure to deal with, and coordinated the demo and cleanup like a well-oiled machine. Start to finish, it took only about four days (not counting drying time after the cleaning), and they were in communication multiple times a day letting me know exactly where things stood, what my options were, and how to save money. They even sorted through contaminated bags item-by-item to ensure that no important or sentimental items were discarded unless they were entirely unsalvageable (I would have lost my daughter’s baby bracelet if not for their keen eyes).

I still prefer to use local small businesses, just as an ideological matter, but I would happily recommend the Marlboro RotoRooter staff and technicians to anyone, and would call them again in a heartbeat for an issue of this scale and complexity.
