I called Premier Paver to get an estimate/hopefully build a patio based on their many high star reviews on google. Unfortunately, I can’t give the same. I was told I would get a call back within 1-2 days regarding setting up an estimate, but 5 days later I finally heard from Dan (no problem, I understand schedules are busy). He told me he could come see my property in two days at 10am to give me an estimate and could even most likely do the job in 1-2 weeks time. I was very excited because I thought this project would have to wait until the spring since it’s already halfway through September. I work night shift so 10am isn’t an ideal time, but I stayed awake because I was really interested in this company. Dan never showed up. He never called. I waited OVER an hour before I called him, and all I got was his voicemail. Highly unprofessional in my opinion and I didn’t even get any work done by this company. Would not recommend based on lack of communication, timing, and professionalism.

This firm was recommended by our painting company and we grateful for that. We have a 110' driveway that slopes gently downward. At our request they dug out the bottom 60 or 70 feet for drainage (we have essentially a drywell at our city sidewalk that is 4' deep. It works well to keep water off the driveway and the sidewalk.
The working crew was great and reset some of the sidewalk to get rid of the humps and valleys.

Premier Pavers was fantastic to work with and they did exceptional quality work. They installed permeable pavers on the part of our driveway nearest the garage, and also installed a walkway using permeable pavers. The permeable pavers lived up to their promise and our driveway no longer puddles near the garage when it rains. Jason was a delight to work with. We enthusiastically recommend Premier Pavers.

We really enjoyed working with Billy! He was such a pleasure and listened to our needs. Our job was around 10K for a patio and new front steps. We were not charged extra for the additional modifications we needed at the end, to make to make the retaining wall look better where it met the grass.

The flagstones were looking tired. Moss, grass and lichen between the stones was a recurring problem. Premier replaced them with a harder and, hopefully more durable stone. The gaps between the flagstones are kept to a minimum and three years later there is no sign of grass or lichen. The new patio surface is much more even and we are quite pleased over all. One problem that we seem unable to solve, is the small ant hills that appear almost daily along the seams in the flagstones. Otherwise, the results are very satisfactory.

We've used Premier on 3 different projects: granite cobble driveway & walkway with reclaimed granite steps; two large benches in granite and fieldstone; front entry path and landing in granite and fieldstone. We had the same 2-3 man crew each time, they are super hardworking and productive. They have also returned to make corrections and work hard to get it right for us.
I'd say the cost is on the high side, and you might find the same quality for less, but I don't know where, so we just keep going back to Premier.

Excellent work by wonderful people. My wife and I had an old driveway ripped out and replaced with pavers along with a 4ft retaining wall, about 200sqft of sod, and another gravel driveway installed on the other side of the house. Every step of the way was painless, from a quick initial response to quick responses before and during the project to handling a few loose ends weeks after the project ended, I always felt I was in good hands. The work was done about 8 months ago and still looks brand new. Service like this is rare. I would highly recommend Premier Paves & Hardscape and plan on using them again myself!

Our driveway is done in pavers, so when we decided to add a garage onto our home, we needed to take some of the driveway up and add it to other places. We hired Premier Pavers & Hardscape Co to make these changes to our driveway. I was impressed with the professionalism, meticulous attention to detail and the hours spent on making sure the driveway was properly graded for water flow down the long driveway. We have a little bit of work that still needs to be done after the construction is finished, but I don't anticipate any problems with that! If you want the job done right hire Premier Pavers & Hardscape Company!

I selected Premier Pavers based on their communication and approach to my work. I would gladly hire them again. I checked Angies List to find them. Owner Ian Foreman personally came out to bid the work. Project Manager Billy was onsite daily and handled their workers and interactions with me. They installed two concrete slabs; one across the front of my house, and one on the side of the garage to support a shed. They go above and beyond, for example installed three sono tubes to 18” depth for my garage shed supports. Price was super reasonable and work was done very quickly.

Wonderful group, all aspects were professionally managed, good ability to communicate (text etc). Job came out mice!

Great ideas, love the use of existing brick along with new brick to make a new front walk design with bluestone steps. Loved the widening of the landings at both of my doors which look and function so much better that what I had. The team was friendly, on-time, on-budget, and professional.

Excellent experience working with Ian, Billy and team. They were very thorough in explaining the process and technical details required to get our project done right. Customer service was top notch and the team did a great job of resolving the few small issues that popped up. Would hire them again.

Premier Pavers did a fabulous job on or custom permeable brick driveway and garage floor. They were very professional and when there were problems to fix after the job, Premier returned to make the fixes. I recommend them 100%
