Frank and his son do excellent work at a very fair price. They are responsive and professional. I couldn't offer a better recommendation for an electrician.

Service was outstanding! The staff is very professional and they explained everything they did. They also cleaned up very well. I would recommend them and I will definitely have them back again. They are honest, kind, on time and most of all they know what they are doing. Thank you Joe, Grant, Ricky and the office manager ( do not know her name).

We just needed our electrical line reattached to the side of our house where it had come loose, so our experience here is limited, but we will definitely approach Spaulding Electric again for some future electrical projects. Communication was extremely easy and transparent through the entirety of my initial inquiry to the project's completion; this is a rare find when electricians are lately so overbooked due to shortages.

The rate was also very fair and I was able to wait to pay until the work was done. Not that there's anything wrong with making a deposit (especially for large jobs), but I recommend going with these folks over another local service that insists on collecting your credit card information through a shady third party website. I'd rather not have my financial info kept on file anywhere so I appreciate Spaulding's simpler, old-fashioned method even as their actual website and competencies are very modern.

Our experience with Spaulding Electric was great!! We had a few security camera/flood lights installed. Spaulding had a service person come a few weeks ahead to actually look at the job and give us an accurate quote as well as really listen to what our needs were. The guys showed up on time and the job was done exactly as we had discussed. The service people actually vacuumed the dust from the drill holes and cleaned the area where they had been working. The service people accompanied us outside and showed us their work, making sure that the product website connected to the lights they had just installed, to be sure there would be no problems when they left. We were very satisfied and would use Spaulding Electric again.
UPDATE: We have used Spaulding Electric again and once again the service, the quality of the work and the value were excellent.

Based on my experience, Spaulding Electric in now my go to for any future electrician projects. The electrician was prompt, extremely professional and did an outstanding job hanging 2 pendant lights in my kitchen. The job was completed in a timely fashion and fit quite nicely within my budget. I rate this company as a 5 and highly suggest you reach out to them if you have a project. They have a friendly and have an efficient staff that actually answers the phone when you call them, which I am finding rare these days.

My initial meeting was informative and very helpful. Mason was knowledgeable and friendly.
Then we had an assessment of the wiring in the house. Very friendly again and professional. They answered many questions for us and were easy to work with.

Overall a great experience from booking the appointment, to the communications, and up to the time of arrival. The team were great guys and knew their stuff. They were courteous and got the job done thoroughly. My one item of feedback was for Spaulding to be clearer on the "grade" of equipment being installed. My job was for a surge protector. Partly my fault, as I asked for a quote to protect my house against power surges without being specific. Typically, this is all good, and in most cases just trust the electrician. The concern is that the item was a very basic protector, least expensive, with a very low surge rating. Am sure it will be fine, but it would have been nice to offer the different levels of protections along with the quote to make sure the house was adequately protected. Again, overall, all food, I would hire these folks again for sure and you should to!

Great experience with Spaulding. I was referred to them by my exterior light contractor who had to have an electrician come in to tweak an electrical outlet that was faulty in order to finish his work. The process was easy and they were very easy to schedule with. Addy was great in terms of letting me know all the details ahead of time and what to expect.
