Plumbing reviews in Littleton, Massachusetts

Have worked with RH West on a renovation and ongoing plumbing needs and would highly recommend them! They're always super responsive and have a high degree of service. This week I reached out about a faulty water tank on Sunday morning and they had a new one installed by Monday at 11am

This was the first time I used this company and things could not have gone better. The owner, Bob West, was very helpful in guiding my choice of a replacement toilet and he was able to supply it at a lower price than I could buy it. His team of Josh, Clayton and Miles did the installation quickly and professionally. They were friendly and courteous and they cheerfully fixed a leaky faucet in a few minutes. The labor charges were reasonable and I was extremely pleased with RH West Plumbing & Heating.

Bobs team came over promptly and fixed a leak in our shower faucet. They also fixed a few other issues they noticed while they were here. Very prompt and easy to work with - Bob also went out of his way to answer some extra questions i had about our heating / hot water systems. I would highly recommend their team for any plumbing needs

I'm grateful for RH West Plumbing and Heating's prompt and thorough service when the expansion tank on my boiler started spraying water one morning. Not only were they able to fit me in last minute, but Bob talked me through minimizing the leak while I waited. Josh replaced the tank and addressed the underlying issue that caused it to rust and leak, as well as replaced a leaky shower valve while he was there. I highly recommend them!

Bob at RH West is exceptional. When our water heater failed on a Monday morning, Bob was incredibly responsive via call and text, immediately accelerating the timeline to get us fully installed by Tuesday. Unlike other outfits, Bob actually listened to our technical requirements and quoted the exact high-performance units we discussed. His quote was by far the most competitive, and the execution was flawless. If you want a pro who is fast, listens, and offers the best value in the area, call RH West. I'm so glad we called Bob and had RH quote us as a check to the bigger companies. Will be calling RH West going forward and happy to have found a locally owned company that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended!

Awesome service and business with people who care!!

Called to set up to have work done, was told he would call next week to set up appointment, it's been two and a half weeks now still no call, don't waste your time

Too notch work, reasonable prices and a nice polite staff. They have done both of my bathrooms and I will definitely have them do my kitchen when the time comes.

Do not use this guy. We had an appt for an estimate which he never showed up for. I gave him a second chance when I had an emergency but he never even responded when I texted and left a voice mail. Waste of time.

Bob repeatedly has saved the day for me and my family. I can't recommend him enough!

R.H West Plumbing and heating have been my go to plumbers for years. Always quick to respond with professional service and knowledge to get the job done right!

Easy to schedule an appointment, and they were on time, knowledgeable and polite. Finished job efficiently, and the quote is reasonable based on the hourly rate. Will definitely use again.

Bob was prompt, responsive, and trustworthy. He will definitely be our first call any time we need a plumber!

Rinnai tankless water heater broke on a Sunday. Contacted RH West that afternoon and they arrived first thing Monday morning. Very professional, smart guys. Diagnosed the problem quickly, overnighted parts, and installed the next day! Couldn’t be happier with their service in a desperate time of need. Price was VERY reasonable.

RH plumbing and heating is great to work with. Bob is responsive and extremely knowable in his field. His employees are great in their trade and friendly. I rely on Bob for all of my plumbing needs

We recently used R.H. West to do all of our plumbing and heating work in our recent tear down and rebuild house project. The scale of the project was daunting for us newbies but Bob made the plumbing phase of the project seem easy. He gave great advice, was at or under his quote for every phase of the project, and the quality of work was impeccable. I’ll be a customer for life.

I took a day off work to be home for a plumber from another company and they cancelled on me. I called R. H. West and they came the same day replaced my faucet and drain pipe so my day off wasn't wasted. The guys did a great job and the price was fair too. I definitely recommend them!

Bob and his crew did all the plumbing for my complete house renovation. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, oil tank replacement, baseboard heating piping and heater install. They did a great job, were professional and very responsive if I needed them in a hurry. I would totally recommend them for any plumbing work.

Bob is very responsive and always professional. His company does a great job and I will continue to use him in the future. I would highly recommend Bob for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I hired RH West to complete a small plumbing job. I mention this, as often homeowners think they'll get put to the bottom of the list. I sent him an email with pictures of what I needed. Bob was responsive and professional. Communicated clearly when he could come out and complete the job, and showed up on time the day he agreed. I like to spend my money locally with family businesses, they are the cornerstone of our community. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about RH West Plumbing and Heating. Bob was very responsive and professional. He installed a water line for our new fridge and when the company who delivered the fridge wouldn’t hook it up, he came right back over to make sure everything was working properly. I feel his price was fair and I wouldn’t call another plumber!
