Excellent communication from the initial estimate to texting me when they were on the way to do the work and even after. They did great work as I requested - felled one tree and stacked the wood neatly, felled and removed another and limbed and felled three more leaving them setup nicely for me to cut - just as I requested. Thanks very much.

Owner was prompt in calling me back. He was knowledgeable, and gave a great price. Crew showed up on time and the work was done well. I would highly recommend them.

After a recent storm, one tree in my yard was taken - dangerously leaning on another tree, waiting to fall the rest of the way, through three power lines and onto a car.

It only took a couple days for Mez Tree Services to come and remove the tree, as well as another that was ready to fall into the street. They also cut down several dead branches that hanging over the house and driveway, and got rid of vines choking another tree.

My neighbors even told me how great a job Mez did a couple days later. Mess handled everything - cutting, cleanup, and working with the city to make sure any permit and police detail were taken care of.

After calling multiple services and getting no call back, and having one company come out and mark the trees and promise a quote (which never came), Mez showed up when they said they would to evaluate, gave a quote and stuck to it and even showed up early to do the work. They even left the work area cleaner than they started. I will be bringing them back for more treework soon!

Very disappointed in the service provided and the owners response. I had my service canceled twice due to issues on their side (broken truck and told an employee did not show up). When the company did show up they destroyed my lawn, left huge piles of wood and the trunk of the tree for me to take care of. I had asked for the wood to be left with assuming they would cut it into reasonable sizes that I could manage as a home owner as they did my neighbor as this is the reason why I used there service. When I asked in the middle of the job to have them cut the wood down into smaller pieces I was told "The job was harder, and it will cost you more". I ended up paying more for one of the trees to cut into smaller pieces. I shared with the owner my dissatisfaction and concern about how I could possible manage having a 10 ft tall trunk for me to cut into pieces on my own and asked if he could haul away the wood now and he said “no he did not have room” After feeling taken advantage of and not knowing what to do I complained to the owner who was unwilling to do anything about it. His response was "don’t assume" when I mentioned how he cut my neighbors tree down into smaller pieces for less. He also responded with "Do you work for free" and wanted more money to come back and cut the wood into sizable pieces. When I shared all I could do is be disappointed and post a review he shared he was "disappointed in me as the customer" and started to attack me my text. Go anywhere else besides this company or guy. We had Mez Tree Service remove 4 large trees. They were very professional and was reassured by the level of safety measures they took. The crew did a great job cleaning up too. I would recommend Mez Tree to anyone.

This is my 3rd project with Mez Tree. He's quick to respond by text, offers a fair price, and does high quality work. He's done big jobs, cutting limbs off a huge tree that required a climber, all the way to pruning small trees. All our neighbors use him as well!

We recently hired Mez Tree to prune a very old maple in front of our house. Given it's close proximity, Charlie and his crew took great care to not damage our roof, lightpost, landscaping and anything else in their way. They were very professional, showing a deference for the tree's age and balanced the need to trim its dead limbs and maintaining the tree's continued health. When the job was completed they made sure to clean up the jobsite - even neatly stacking trimmed wood we asked them to save for a neighbor to take for firewood. Before hiring Mez Tree for this job, I reached out to two other local tree services, Mez was the ONLY ONE to return my call promptly and continued to follow-up with me. Even after being hired for the job, Charlie stayed in touch as we navigated the weather waiting for the perfect day. We were so pleased with Mez Tree that we've already asked them to come back in the fall for another tree that needs their help!

The owner responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and provide a reasonable quote. They arrived on time to do the job, and did everything they said they would do for the quoted price. I have no complaints at all. I would use MEZ again, and would recommend them for your next tree project

We had a very good experience with Charlie for some limb removal on one of our trees. He responded quickly and gave a fair price. The work was done when he said it would be. I was very impressed with the time they took to clean up after tje job. We will use him again!

Mez Tree Service is great. Charlie was easy to work with, and very quick to schedule work. He also gave a us a very reasonable price to remove a large oak tree near our house. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mez Tree again in the future.

Frank and his son do excellent work at a very fair price. They are responsive and professional. I couldn't offer a better recommendation for an electrician.

Service was outstanding! The staff is very professional and they explained everything they did. They also cleaned up very well. I would recommend them and I will definitely have them back again. We just needed our electrical line reattached to the side of our house where it had come loose, so our experience here is limited, but we will definitely approach Spaulding Electric again for some future electrical projects. Communication was extremely easy and transparent through the entirety of my initial inquiry to the project's completion; this is a rare find when electricians are lately so overbooked due to shortages.

The rate was also very fair and I was able to wait to pay until the work was done. Not that there's anything wrong with making a deposit (especially for large jobs), but I recommend going with these folks over another local service that insists on collecting your credit card information through a shady third party website. I'd rather not have my financial info kept on file anywhere so I appreciate Spaulding's simpler, old-fashioned method even as their actual website and competencies are very modern.

Our experience with Spaulding Electric was great!! We had a few security camera/flood lights installed. Spaulding had a service person come a few weeks ahead to actually look at the job and give us an accurate quote as well as really listen to what our needs were. The guys showed up on time and the job was done exactly as we had discussed. The service people actually vacuumed the dust from the drill holes and cleaned the area where they had been working. The service people accompanied us outside and showed us their work, making sure that the product website connected to the lights they had just installed, to be sure there would be no problems when they left. We were very satisfied and would use Spaulding Electric again.
UPDATE: We have used Spaulding Electric again and once again the service, the quality of the work and the value were excellent.
