House Cleaning reviews in Longmeadow, Massachusetts

I recently bought a fixer upper as my first home, and the inside was a messy disaster. This company came highly recommended by a family friend and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Will absolutely use them again.

Talked with Alycia before she came with
Mary to clean. Told Alycia the importance
of washing my walls in living room, dining
room and bathroom. I sat outside while
two women "cleaned" my house for three
Hours. The next day I noticed that none
Of my walls were washed. They never even went in my one and a half baths, kitchen, or
Office. They vacuumed floors in living room,
dining room and two bedrooms. Washed hard
Wood floors, washed windows(but not one
In office or where two air conditioners were)
Told them I wanted cobwebs removed,
But a lot of them remained. Don't want this to
Happen to anyone else. When I asked Mary the owner what two of them did in my 1,000
Square foot house, and leaving out four rooms, she replied Your windows were very
Dirty. They left my house that day with $300
Of my money! Scam artists! Do not hire!

After reading others’ reviews on sites, I contacted Alycia about a deep cleaning of my apartment as I was moving out after 7 years. The team was punctual and did an amazing job. They did everything we had agreed upon and more. I will definitely use them again for any cleaning jobs.
