Terribly ran business with zero consistency!

Place is a dump they ride around looking for some outside that are broken and sell them have junkies working cleaning old washer and stove go to.the laundry mat the owner is a dirtbag and he will take your money if your a women or a elderly please stay away and save your money you will regret

Highly recommend brought a washer at an affordable price, was delivered and set up as scheduled! Old washer was also removed !

Bought 2 dryers and 2 washers with in 6.months and they both broke they just micky mouse machines and resell them stay far away just save your money and buy a newer model trust me it's not worth it rather just wash my clothes in a tub and hang dry them than buy a machine from this place yikes the machine started smoking and making noises the cycles never work

My experience was about the same as you would find on yelp about this place. Bought a washer, suppose to be delivered the next day, took almost 2 weeks before finally delivered it. It doesn't agitate during the wash cycle at all (and never did). Complained and set up many appointments for them to come and fix it. Most of the time they simply didn't show up, no call, no show. They wont give refunds even if it doesn't work. So I told them they can just come take it so I don't have to pay to get rid of it. They wont even take it back for free because what they sold me is such garbage it isn't even worth "free" to them.

I was in Lowell briefly, and my mother's refrigerator went on the fritz the DAY before Thanksgiving! So, you can believe how apoplectic the Greek household got when the freezer and fridge had all these things in it, and this is the last appliance we wanted to die on us.

Enter Edgar from D.R. Appliances! He came within the HOUR!!!! ...WITHIN THE HOUR!!! ...and he fixed the whole fridge without having any horror stories that you've heard about other refrigerator technicians. Edgar was diligent, accurate, and worked really hard to completely fix my mom's refrigerator.

I called he said he would come checkout my washing machine he found out the problem and then he fixed it very responsible prices and very quick the man knows his stuff and he’s very friendly awesome work he was here for maybe 10-15 minutes and they were done problem solved unbelievable thank you very much my guy

These people have been consistently (over the years) been professional, consistent and on time. These guys are the best and would highly recommend to anyone who has broken appliances. I have yet to come across anyone who has done any better work than these guys!

This is a bottom end used appliance place and you'll get what you pay for. Dude doesn't honor his so called "warranty" and he'll ignore your calls if the washer and dryer break after a few days. Be warned!

Bought a dryer on the 3rd didn't get delivered until the 6th . Notice the lint filter wasn't in it. Called spoke with the person that helped me with the dryer and said he couldn't find it in the shop and Tues someone else will get it and bring it to me... So let's see i bought the dryer 10 days ago and had it in my house for 7 days and 5 days later I'm still waiting for it ... Either bring it or come and get the dryer and bring my money back

My husband but a dryer from this place $200 thrown away, noticed all this after bringing home to NH, it didn't heat up properly, made loud noise, and when he went back to tell him, they had all kinds of excuses to avoid having it back, from to far to go, to not having time at the moment. end up throwing away and losing hard earned money. once they grab your money you are on the risk of losing it if something is wrong with the appliance, so go new.

Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I called to ask for a price on a thermostat repair and the man said if I know what it is why don’t I fix it myself. Said he couldn’t give me a price on anything at all not even a quote on diagnosing the issue although I have already sourced the issue. Super unprofessional and confrontational for no reason at all.

Absolutely Terrible – The Owner Has No Clue What He’s Doing! Stay Away

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of Dr. Appliance came to “fix” my refrigerator, and it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. His communication was awful—he no-showed multiple times and kept asking for my address even after already visiting. He claimed I had a refrigerant leak without proving it, then overcharged my system, causing the compressor and suction line to freeze. He didn’t check the model specs, guessed how much refrigerant to add, and put a piercing valve in the wrong spot.

Another company in Dracut later confirmed all his mistakes. When I confronted him, he offered only a partial refund, blaming it on the piercing valve—like I had a choice, since removing it would have made things worse. He also refused to show proof of his license. I can see exactly why this company has a 2.8-star rating—this guy is the owner, and he still has no clue what he’s doing. Unprofessional, incompetent, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this company at all costs!

Found a great deal on a washer/dryer combo at D.R. Appliances. The service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest appliance stores these days, but these guys are the real deal. 5 stars!

They fixed my range that wasn’t igniting. The technician was quick, knowledgeable, and got it working perfectly again. Excellent service!

The oven door hinge got loose, and it wouldn’t stay closed anymore. Thermador Repair Group fixed the hinge quickly, and now it’s closing perfectly.
