Electrical reviews in Lowell, Massachusetts

I can't say enough good things about Klostermann Electric. The whole team has been amazing to deal with and extremely professional. I had them at my home multiple times over the years for various things including a service upgrade and a kitchen remodel. Their attention to detail and making sure the end product meets or exceeds expectations makes them the go to electrical company.

The Klostermann team recently did a natural gas generator installation for me. They were very personable and professional through the quoting and installation process. They were able to complete the install just before the first storm of the season and kept the power on as expected. Very happy with Klostermann.

Klostermann Electric is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Joe was prompt, followed through on everything and kept me up to date throughout my kitchen remodeling and rewiring project. I would go out of my way to highly recommend Joe and his team. They were quick and followed through on everything with top notch work. They were prompt, very courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Klostermann Electric for all of my future needs, including a whole house generator. I would not look any further for an electrician for your needs.

I recommend Klosterman 100%! My entire experience, from my initial call, estimate appointment, to having the work done was nothing short of exemplary!
My initial call was returned within an hour, had an appointment scheduled for an estimate the next day, and the work was scheduled just a couple of days after acceptance of the quote.
The technician, Brian, was professional, knowledgeable, kept me informed of everything he was doing, really went above and beyond, and was just an all around kind and great guy.
On top of all of this, I feel like the pricing was more than fair. You should have no hesitation in calling them when in need of an electrician.
Prompt, professional and fair sums it up!

The office manager, Ashley, was friendly and got us a quick date for an estimate. An email went out with the details of the date and time as a reminder. Joe, the owner, showed up on the date of the estimate on time. He did a thorough assessment and promptly sent us an estimate. After consideration of other options we chose this business to do the work and we are glad we did. An appointment was set up for the install and the electrician, Brian, arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly, listened to our needs and went about the installation in an efficient and careful manner. This is an older house with some sketchy electrical work done by the previous owners. Now we can say all our new light fixtures are installed safely. We plan to use them for future jobs.

We recently bought a new house and had a host of electrical ‘to-do’ items. Joe was very helpful in diagnosing some of issues and provided honest assessments. We got a fair and transparent estimate and decided to move forward with Klostermann. Brendan and team were super professional, took the time to explain any issues they encountered and all of our different options. They worked very quickly and completed the project in just a few days. Everything was always clean and tidy before they went home at the end of each day. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use Klostermann again!

Over the past couple years ’ve hired Klostermann Electric to fix some issues and make some updates to my home, I couldn't be happier with the service. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Klostermann Electric for any electrical work you may need. Thank you for your excellent service!

This was our first time using Klostermann, and we were very pleased. From the initial phone call to request service to the actual work itself, we have only positive things to say. We were delighted that we could schedule a service quickly. Brian and his partner arrived on time, explained what they found and what our options were. They then left to pick up the new fixture, returned quickly and installed a new light fixture for our garage. I cannot evaluate their pricing, but I can say that they are polite, professional and efficient.

We started a fairly large renovation project at our home and I had no idea what to expect. Joe came over and was great in easing my mind and walking me through the steps as we had other vendors involved. Our project lasted 2 1/2 months and between the office staff and the electricians, we were always in the know. They showed up on time every morning, they were professional and even cleaned up after themselves. One week we were away on vacation and felt completely comfortable letting the crew come work as it was clear they are extremely trustworthy. I cannot recommend this business enough to my friends and colleagues.

We recently did a kitchen and bath renovation in our old house and are so happy that our general contractor chose Klostermann Electric to do all the electrical work. Joe and his team are top-notch! A big shout out to Mike and Christian. You could not ask for better guys. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, kept us informed through all the steps, did great work, and kept a clean working environment. If you could give more than 5 stars, we would. Happy to recommend them for any electrical project.

Klostermann Electric was a great choice! They were recommended by a trusted friend (and real estate agent). I am new to home ownership, so I felt concerned that I wouldn't know what work was truly needed. The entire Klostermann team was fantastic - helping me to understand what was needed, what was nice (but not needed), and what was all set as is. In addition to some work on damage caused by a storm, I had Klostermann's team install an electric car outlet. They were patient with me on finding the best outdoor location, and were flexible when we needed to change a few pieces to the order.

Caring people who are willing to explain their work made my experience extremely positive. I will use Klostermann again for any future electric needs. Highly recommended!

I recently reached out to Klostermann Electric to wire my new bathroom. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure even the small details are perfect. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Klostermann Electric LLC and their outstanding electrician, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded all my expectations.

Joe and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to detail. They arrived on time, equipped with everything they needed, and immediately got to work. They demonstrated exceptional expertise in diagnosing and resolving the electrical issues we were facing. Joe took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I was comfortable with the work being done.

Their commitment to safety and quality was evident throughout the project. They meticulously checked every connection and ensured that everything was up to code. The team's work was not only efficient but also clean, leaving no mess behind.

What truly set Joe and the Electric Team apart was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were friendly, approachable, and eager to address any questions or concerns I had. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients.

I highly recommend the Klostermann Electric LLC Team for any electrical needs you may have. Their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service make them a top choice for anyone seeking reliable and skilled electricians. I will definitely be using their services again for any future electrical projects!

Klostermann Electric is great! We had several outlets that tripped by what seemed to be a circuit breaker. After toggling the breaker myself I could not resolve the issue. Klostermann was able to come out the next day to fix the issue. They are reasonably priced, professional and honest. This is the second time they fixed an electrical problem for me.

I highly recommend Klostermann for any electrical work. They are truly the best at what they do. They installed and wired my entire kitchen for recessed ceiling lights, pendant lights, and under-cabinet lighting—and the results were absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Joe and team!”

Brian showed up on time. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Have been looking for a new electrician and delighted to have found a reliable one!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Klostermann Electric. The process to schedule was flawless, Laurie was helpful and responsive to our somewhat complicated needs. The electrician Brian was great too, he arrived on time and worked long hours and tirelessly on getting the work we needed done. The price for the service was very reasonable. The icing on the cake is how kind both Laurie and Brian were to my sister who was on site and to me via telephone. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Brian came prepared and ready to fix our lighting issue. Polite and friendly he stayed until all of our issues were fixed. He even had parts we needed right in his truck. A+ service!

Scheduling as a new client was very easy. It was an excellent experience. The service was rendered very promptly and the problem was resolved. I am now a loyal client and highly recommend their services.
