I recently had a new furnace system installed, including a Bryant Evolution unit, a smart thermostat, upgraded air filters, a UV air purifier, fresh air ventilation damper, and a new water heater. The smart thermostat is easy to set up, and the app works great for controlling the temperature. The water heater works really well—I actually had to turn down the heat a bit since it was hotter than needed. The team moved the water heater to a much better spot, which now gives me room to add a new bathroom in the future. The new furnace is much quieter than my old one. I work right above it and can barely hear anything now. There’s much better airflow through the house, and I like being able to set the fan to run all the time when I’m home or sleeping, but switch it to auto when I’m away. The fresh air ventilation damper is an awesome upgrade—I get fresh air when needed, and the furnace controls it automatically, so I don’t have to mess with any manual controls anymore.
