This team comes highly recommended! A year after buying our home in Lowell, the air conditioning stopped working during the peak of summer heat. We contacted them and they responded promptly, carrying out a quick fix, refilled the freon, and also warned us that the unit might fail at any time. Being a budget-conscious individual, I opted for the affordable repair and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the unit gave out entirely the next day. However, their employee, William, was exceptional; he guided us through the different types of AC systems, assisted us with finance options, and was significantly more efficient with paperwork and permits than we were. They maintained utmost professionalism and meticulousness during the installation process. They also installed a whole house fan, which we use constantly now - believe me, it's worth every cent. They offered us an unbeatable deal, and even credited the money from the repair visit to our installation. A couple of days after the initial setup, we noticed a faint whistling sound when the unit was running - the kind of noise that's hard to notice but once you've heard it, you can't unhear it. They were on site in no time, showing great flexibility and determination to locate and fix the source of the noise for us. Some adjustments to the length of the ducting and voila, the issue was resolved. I can't emphasize enough how amazing this team is, and they'll be my go-to for any future AC repair work! We're still in love with the system they installed!
