We had Miles from Fagudes Plumbing Heating AC out to fix our AC and check thermostats.He was so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and why in easy terms. He was neat and wore booties to protect carpets whenever inside.I would definitely request Miles in the future because he goes above and beyond. We have also used Fagudes for large installations and all the technicians were also superb.I definitely recommend Fagundes PHAC.

They were able to come out within 24 hours of my initial call to service my tankless water heater. The tech was very professional, showed up on time, and was very easy to talk to while he was here. I would hire them again.

I've had great experiences with A. Fagundes, from service calls, tankless water heater installation, and most recently a heat pump conversion. The team is always prompt and professional. Bobby Desforges is a great client advocate and stays in communication throughout the project, making sure to follow through with Mass Save, National Grid and the contractors. Competitive pricing for the area and quality work.
