Ernest inspected my old unit and recommended a new one due to its age. They provided me with a portable AC while they installed the new Lennox system. I reached out to Hunter & Sons AC Heating & Cooling when my furnace stopped working. Impressively, they were able to respond on the same day. Derek, the technician, had no trouble identifying and resolving the problem. I had considered getting a new furnace entirely, but after discussing my situation with Derek, he wisely suggested the more cost-effective option of repair. Today, I found my furnace not working again, due to its age and inevitable need for replacement. It wasn't unexpected. I contacted Hunter & Sons AC Heating & Cooling once more and, just like the first time, they managed to respond on the same day. Derek returned and had my furnace up and running within minutes. This kind of exceptional service really shows how much they value their customers in Lowell.
