Dylan, our Technician, came to give my AC a tune-up and check-in. He did note a gas smell, and I called National Grid in who confirmed his findings. Great work overall, plus helped keep us aware and safe.

Update 1/31/26: We had some challenges due to the extreme cold that caused our furnace to shut down. Julie was extremely responsive with getting us the support we needed. And Wander was an excellent serviceman. He was very professional. Kept things nice an clean. Explained everything clearly and was one of the most friendly people I have met.
____________________________Update 5/15/25: Just had our first Annual Service for our AC unit. Jeff was great. He was very Professional and walked through everything with us.

After our Central Air unit needed to be replaced, we were referred to American Air.
From the communication with Rob with getting a quote, to Kathleen with her quick responses to my questions, to the prompt and great work that Alex and Jordan performed with the install...It was a great experience all around.
I cannot recommend them enough!
Update (October 2024)
Our Furnace needed replacing and we went back to American Air for assistance.
Again, another amazing experience. Everyone was amazing to work with and it was all replaced in a very timely manner.
If you need any HVAC assistance, American Air is the way to go!!
