They are amazing. We called at 9:30pm about a shower and toilet not draining, and they had someone there within the hour. Everyone was so kind, professional, and warm in their friendliness. Jude was knowledgeable, capable and had the problem identified and resolved very quickly. Despite the hour, he was not rushing or anything. Highly recommend.

Rafal and Carlo were extremely helpful in getting my gas dryer installed. They were quick, professional and very great to work with.

Dennis and Brian were great. They were fixing my problem until almost 10:00 on a Sat night. So far everything is working. We really appreciated their dedication and friendly attitudes after having to drive almost two hours to get here. We plan to call Roto-Rooter again soon for another property. Our tech Anthony was right on time. Diagnosed the problem; which required removing the entire toilet. He was personable and answered all our questions. Took only 2 hours and fixed the problem.

I was able to schedule work within a few hours to address a main drain issue.

The technician that came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. He listened to me describe the problem and walked me through the work he would perform, as well as detailed what the cost would be. ( a bit surprised at the high fixed cost). Within one hr he was able the clear the obstruction and test the drain.

They also will be sending another service member to perform a camera view of the drain pipe to confirm the clog has been fully removed and to assess the condition of the pipe.

So time will tell if the clog is totally cleared. Appears to be working fine now.

The plumber arrived the same day I called and was courteous and professional. He listened and took time to diagnose the problem. He also spent time testing the drain to make sure the problem was solved.

I had roto-rooter come today to replace 100 yr old cast iron pipes that had holes. This was a big job, Rafael and Carlos did an outstanding job. There is not any thing else I can say. What is better than outstanding? I will call them again, should I have plumbing issues in the future. I have a new plumbers that I will use from now on. We always end up with Roto Rooter and I am always pleased with the kind of job that they do. This time we had a clogged sink and Jason from Eastern Massachusetts did a professional job in unclogging it. He came promptly and explained everything he was doing most important, he fixed the problem!

The next day had another similar problem in another clogged bathroom sink in a different rental unit. Called Super Services Today.
Roy the tecnician solved the problem in about an hour, as the pipe was completly full of hairs.
They charged me $ 325.00. This will be my new company. Faireness pays back!
