Update. I am more than pleased with Todd's work. He arrived exactly at the time he gave me, completed the wiring, and cleaned up all debris. His son came to help. He is just as pleasant as his dad. The owner of the company personally came by, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He met with my elderly mom and was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. He took his time with her, explained everything in detail, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way.

His assistant was also super nice! We shared a few laughs, and the whole visit felt reassuring and positive. Most importantly, he not only found the issue but fixed it quickly and correctly.
