Constraction reviews in Lynn, Massachusetts

I strongly recommend Escalona painting.
Very reliable and professional. Once they began their work they worked continuously until the job was done. Very pleased & would call them back should I need any other painting. Adrian and his team take great pride in their exceptional work and I honestly could not be more happy.

I have nothing but praise to say about this family business, hard working with a great work ethic. The exterior paint on my house was a complete mess. Adrian and his crew took particular care in preparing the house for paint. Scrapping sanding and washing before priming and double coat painting.
We even decided on a color change after the project started and it was no problem for him. His attention to details and little extras realy made the project a success.
I look forward to working with them again in the future and have already recommended them to others. Can’t say enough good about them.

Adrian and team were fantastic! Our front and side porch needed repainting before winter. Adrian was so kind, prompt, communicative and thorough. From first interaction to completion, it was a complete breeze. Him and his team went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Adrian was a joy to work with. He is very responsive, on time and the quality of his work is top notch. He painted our bathroom vanities and even my contractor was impressed with his work. Can’t wait to work with him again.

Adrian did an amazing job helping us with our home renovation project of closing off a space and making a new room with drywall and painting! Did fantastic and paid extra attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

This is the contractor a friend recommended after having a great experience with them.
Adrian is kind and easy to communicate with.
Their workmanship is excellent.
We had a few deferrals along the way, but Adrian kept a close eye on my final deadline and finished all the work before it.

His crew always cleaned up after themselves and even disposed of the abandoned renovation debris from another contractor for me.

Their pricing is fair, the quality is excellent, and I absolutely love my new kitchen floor and bathroom makeover.
I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for renovation services.

I hired Adrian to trim out and paint an apartment, plus some other updates and repairs. I found him to be professional, reliable and friendly. His work was of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Would hire again!

Adrian was prompt to respond, professional and detail oriented in the renovation of our basement space from start to finish. He did additional work that came up as the project progressed including framing and sourcing materials recommended for us. Dry wall and painting look great and were done to our specifications. Adrian also coordinated tasks with others who had to get into the space for electrical and flooring work. As always we are very pleased with the attention to detail and final results! Overall great service, communication and final products! Thank you, Adrian!

Adrian and his team were great to work with. He painted my kitchen, ceiling and cabinets white along with installing a chair rail. The quality of his work is outstanding. He is very professional and very easy to work with. His pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and his team at Escalona Painting. We bought our house with wallpaper and dark trim and made the mistake of ripping the wallpaper down ourselves. The glue left behind rough ugly walls that we couldn’t just simply paint over. Adrian came in and gave us a very fair quote to skim coat and sand all the walls, then prime and paint the walls, doors and trim. I can’t believe how beautiful it came out and the pictures don’t do it justice. What a transformation it doesn’t even feel like the same house! Adrian and his painter are extremely nice guys and really care about their work. They were so quiet and careful throughout the days they were here. I would hire them a million more times before choosing anyone else!

Escalona Painting did a fantastic job on my house!! From the very beginning, Adrian was professional and communicated throughout the job. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. He and his crew even replaced several damaged sections of siding in preparing the house to be painted. It is evident that he takes much pride in his work and ensures that his customers are satisfied with the finished product. I confidently and highly recommend Escalona Painting to anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced painter!

We had Adrian and his team paint the interior of our house and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. They were professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating with our schedule. The pricing was fair, communication was great, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was done efficiently and our house looks great. We’d definitely recommend Adrian and his team and would happily use them again.
