Fantastic experience! James was knowledgeable about how to address my very overgrown trees and provided excellent advice during the estimate process. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were all professional and efficient, got the job done, and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend this service!

Jan was very responsive when I contacted him. He came out to review the job, which was to trim trees and bushes from brushing the house. We discussed what I was looking for (didn't want shrubbery to look like it had had a haircut), we agreed on price, and set a date for him and his crew to come. They arrived promptly, the work they did was wonderful (you could not tell they had been there - no litter of little twigs, no sawdust and the trees and bushes looked great. I will definitely use him again.

J’s crew was efficient and professional! They came in the morning, pruned 4 trees beautifully, cleaned surrounding ivy and had everything cleaned up within the day. Less than 6 hours. Arborists were climbing in the pine trees, working carefully to get the trees pruned properly.
The owner, J, is great at communicating: showed up quickly when I requested an estimate, checked and confirmed all timing and pricing details, sent reminders…Considering the skyrocketing cost of diesel, the pricing seemed reasonable. I’ll definitely hire them again!

James and Ricardo did an amazing job on a fallen in our backyard! I found J’s on Google and scrolled through the reviews. From the first call and quote, they were very responsive. Showed up on time and presented much professionalism. James took a look and quoted the same day. He and his crew were able to start the project same day too!

The tree fell on our shed and had tight space to work on- we are surrounded by adjacent buildings. James and his crew completed the project with safety and caution. For the clean-up work after, they paid extra attention to even help clean up dust on the neighbor’s shed. And I didn’t even mention the competitive, affordable pricing - I reached out to at least 5 other tree services- J’s offered the best pricing and services!

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by J's Crew on my tree grove project. They arrived at a considerate hour, ensuring that my neighbors were not disturbed. Their team efficiently cleared brush piles, felled two large trees, smoe smaller trees and a few stumps as well as pruned four others, demonstrating remarkable agility and safety awareness while climbing and swinging between trees. The use of a bucket truck facilitated the safe removal of the largest oak tree. It was fascinating to watch the crew expertly drop large branches with precision, taking great care to avoid any damage to neighboring properties. Moreover, they utilized protective boards to prevent tire tracks on my lawn, showcasing their dedication to detail. I am grateful for their outstanding service and would definitely recommend J's Crew.
