Ynoa cleaning service

I would not recommend this company. I feel scammed. We had scheduled this company to come on a Monday. They cancelled an hour before they were supposed to be at the house. We agreed to reschedule for the next day. They showed up an hour early, which I would usually be flexible with, but we had planned that time so that we could be out of the house, as it is a small area and we wanted to be cautious of COVID precautions to keep everyone safe. I later on got a text message that the circuit breaker had tripped and that the power went out. I was not home or near the house at the time so I informed them on how to flip the breaker back on and informed them that that will happen when there is too many appliances etc. plugged in and going at once. I even checked in to make sure everything was all set. I got no response. I came home after not hearing back and the power was still out. When i went to turn it back on, every light was on in the house, and the hairdryer was on and blowing out hot air onto the bathroom floor. I then looked around the house to see if they were able to finish the cleaning service. I had to wipe down every surface in the bedroom and living room and the towel was COVERED in dust still. I had to sweep the floors because that was not done either. I also had asked that they just lock the door on their way out as I was not going to be home until later (the door was not locked when I got home). I am very disappointed because there was no communication on whether they finished or not. They did however take the money for the service that I had left on the table as I knew I would not be home to pay them afterwords. I feel very cheated by this. If they were unable to finish the service or had trouble with the electricity coming back on, that was needed to be communicated. I paid for a service that was not done and still have not been provided with a solution after I had expressed my frustration. I am usually very easy going and give people the benefit of the doubt but this is just an unacceptable way to run a business. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service, condo was in spotless condition after a cleaning. We hired them for every other week and we are very pleased with the service. A whole lot less expensive than other cleaning companies out there. They are always on time and are a pleasure to work with. They work with your schedule and work hard to meet your needs. Highly recommend them!
