Gustavo called the day I submitted the request and came out to take a look later that day. He was great - explained our options for tree removal. We agreed on which trees and how to leave the stumps (grinding down or outright removal to be determined later with other projects). We agreed on a price and because he had another job in our area, he was able to fit us in the following day. The day of, his crew arrived early. We had coffee ready or them and gave them the run of the kitchen and one of our two bathrooms. All were really nice and got to work right away removing two very large trees and one much smaller one. They were done in about 6 hours. Gustavo and crew cleaned up the entire sideboard and with the exception of the stumps, you would not know the work was just done. They were just fabulous and we are considering them for future tree removal projects.

Gustavo and his crew work together like a well-oiled machine. It’s like a choreographed dance with cherry picker, ropes, and chainsaws. The crew arrived on time and took down two very large maple trees (taller than the full reach of the bucket). The yard was raked clean of debris. I had them return the following week to trim a crabapple tree, two rows of privets, and lilacs that had become very overgrown and too close to the house. I definitely recommend and will call them again.

I had a gigantic pine in my backyard and quotes had ranged from 3000 to 6000 but I have a fenced in backyard and beautiful garden. Gustavo said he could remove the tree without a crane and only needed 36 inches to get his machine in. His quote was reasonable and he was extremely responsive to texts. I couldn’t be there when he took the tree down, it all went very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. They cleaned up the huge mess and the yard looked fine. Highly recommend Gustavo!

A huge tree was severely damaged in a recent storm and had to come down, and other trees had to be serviced as well at my home in Brighton . The Crew , led by Gustavo, did a great job with some challenging conditions in my yard. They were skilled, efficient and neat. They finished the big job in a day. The crew was quick getting two large storm damaged maples down and out of my yard. I was worried about possible damage to the lawn, and was very presently surprised that I had to look very closely to detect any small signs that a bucket truck had been there. The price was very, very reasonable.

We used GT Optimo Tree Servies/ Gustavo and crew last year to take out bushes alongside our house. Gustavo gave a rapid response to come and give a quote ( very fair) and just as quick to come out and do the work. We had him back out this year ( no need to get other quotes ) and it was the same , came right out with a quote and back the next day to do the work. The crew worked hard and when they left , cleaned everything up , wouldn’t even know any work was done. They were so good they got other jobs in the neighborhood . We would recommend this company to everyone.
