These days, it’s easy to find a list of plumbers using an app or checking reviews online. We used to look for the cheapest and fastest fix for our plumbing problems, often caused by ignoring little leaks or not preparing for cold weather. But we realized that picking a plumber at random can be risky. It’s much better to have a trusted local plumber for reliable and high-quality work. Recently, we had a hot-water pipe burst in the basement because of freezing. This time, our old kitchen faucet broke and caused some flooding downstairs. At first, I wasn’t sure what the problem was—maybe it was the garbage disposal or even a cracked sewage pipe. But Kingston, our usual plumber, found the issue within minutes of arriving and even showed me a video of the problem right away. That put my mind at ease. I used the chance to pick out a good replacement faucet, and today Kingston came back and installed it perfectly. Another great experience!

In Lynn, Jack did an outstanding job replacing the leaky fill valve in my toilet tank. It was remarkable how he managed to finish the task in only 10 minutes. I also asked him to investigate and confirm that there were no other water leaks in my home. True to his word, Jack conducted a thorough check and, according to his meter, there were no other leaks. While the service from Walker Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters was excellent, I initially felt the charge of $305.00, which included the cost of the replacement valve, was a bit steep for 10 minutes of work. However, after some thought, I realized that the expertise and professionalism Jack brought to the job were also part of the cost. It was worth it, knowing that my plumbing issue was fixed correctly and efficiently.
