Roofing & Gutters reviews in Lynn, Massachusetts

Second time Benicio and his team performed work on my house. They installed a white vinyl fence that looks great. We had one item we wanted to be addressed after the installation, Benicio had his team back to my house the next morning to update it. Highly recommend, will be using B&D again in the future.

Beni and his team did a great job. He was responsive throughout the entire job with daily updates. He helped to replace wood rot on the trim of 8 windows and also painted the exterior front entrance way. I plan to use them again on future jobs, and I would recommend them to others as well.

After all the rain this summer, recently had B&D install gutters all around the house. Benicio was prompt and his pricing was fair. He pointed out that we needed new facia board and did the work the same day at a fair price. Highly recommend B &D!

Benicio responded quickly to my query regarding gutter cleaning services. Despite being very late in the season, he was able to schedule the work a few days after our conversation. His crew performed the cleaning (and cleanup) thoroughly and promptly and I will be looking to have this organization perform some other services in the spring.

These guys are great! I’ve had them come in a few times to do work for us on multiple bigger jobs and the work is great. They are very professional, prompt, and communicative, calling to inform me and sending me pictures of extra work that needs to be done. The price is more than fair for the amount and quality of work they do. Will definitely call them again for any work needed around my home.

Beni and his workers did an excellent job adding a downspout to my gutter.
They came early and finished fast.
His price was very reasonable.
I will hire B&D construction when I have another project at my house.
I do recommend B&D construction !!

Benicio and his crew were great! They were on time and very efficient. I got quotes from six other businesses and B&D Construction was far and away the best price and most responsive. They installed a fence for us and we plan to hire them for all of our home repairs.

Benicio and his crew arrived at around 9:30am, removed three sections of rotted and weakening gutters and installed brand new gutters in about 3hrs. They even used a leaf blower to clean up the area when they were finished. Awesome work and I plan on using them again for future home repairs.

They showed up right when they said they would, did the work fast and efficiently. Fantastic work and I appreciate it!

After giving a competitive quote, Benicio of B & D Construction and his crew were quick and efficient with cleaning out my gutters. I’m happy with the quality of their work and professionalism. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

B&D Construction & Painting company quickly came to my house to give me a cost estimate. I had to install 2 roof vents for bathroom exhaust fans. They gave me the lowest quote and based on their experience, I selected them. They came to my house when scheduled and completed the job in a few hours. They put in the 2 roof vents and they also installed all the ducting (venting hose) in the attic to connect the 2 bathroom exhaust fans to the 2 new roof vents. Everything works great now. They cleaned up behind them, and left behind a happy customer (me). I recommend them highly and will use them again for other projects.

B&D did an amazing job we replaced the roof and gutters . Super professional, immaculately clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone .

B&D was quick to call and provide an estimate. We had a tricky fence installation around a tree root and the B&D team did a beautiful job on their install. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters and sealing up a leaky seam. Price was very reasonable, work was quick and professional.

Benicio and his team worked hard on the hottest day of the year. The showed up on time, removed the decking and shingles and re-flashed the rubber roofing. The replaced everything and painted it to match the rest of the house.
Great job! Thank you so much

I called B & D construction to put a section of fence up it was literally done the next day after talking to them. usually a company will tell you 2 to 3 or even a month away. they did it the next day. On top of them being very professional very clean they cleaned up after themselves they did a fantastic job I will be using this company for now on to do my home repairs thank you once again B & D construction and painting.

Great work! These guys did an awesome job at a very reasonable price! Fast service too! I highly recommend them! I called for an estimate and they came right out. They replaced my roof in one day!!

Very efficient. Had my entire house sided. and gutters and downspouts as well. Everything looked amazing. We work together for a fair price.. excellent job boys!!!

Contacted Beni based on the google reviews. He was responsive, showed up on time and gave me a fair price to put new fence in place instead of the old one. Job done without any issues or delays. Very satisfied will work with them again.

I contacted B&D to request an estimate to fix my backyard fence. I reached out to 2 other companies, and one never got back to me, and the other wouldn't repair a fence that they didn't install. I called on a Friday when I noticed that two panels were damaged. It appeared that a vehicle may have hit the fence. B&D took my call and scheduled a time to come out the very next day. They assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and made the repair. They needed a bracket since the original one was broken. They went and bought the part and made the repair all within an hour. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I will use them again in the future.

We were recommended B&D by a neighbor and we were very glad he did. Benicio is friendly, prompt, provides very reasonable rates, and does the work efficiently. His team are great. They also did a good job cleaning up after. We liked them so much after the initial job (redoing our fascia and soffit) that we contracted them to do two more jobs shortly afterwards.

I'd recommend this company for painting, window and roofing work

Excellent experience! Benicio and his team were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. They replaced our shed roof quickly and left everything spotless-like they were never here. Highly recommend!!!!
