Livia is a very pleasant and professional cleaner and housekeeper, who immediately sees what has to be done and where. She is extremely reliable and flawlessly accurate, her attention to detail is adorable. During the time she has comes to clean our house, now over a year, Livia has never disappointed us. Even in these uncertain times with Covid-19 she is extremely cautious, with mask and other necessary protective measures on the move, very trustworthy. In our house, with 3 children and a dog, there's always a lot of disorder and so Livia comes, called like an angel, and manages this without a wink. I love the good fresh smell and the house, that Livia leaves behind, after cleaning is done. We are very thankful for her hard work and we can only highly recommend Mrs Wolpert's cleaning service.

Livia is by far the best cleaner I have had! She’s dedicated, reliable, and very professional. We had our fair share of “just ok” cleaning services and that’s just what they were - mediocre. They would come, do a very light cleaning, sometimes it would stink of bleach- sometimes I would have to confirm whether they even came.

Didn’t realize what an exceptional cleaning was until I met Livia. Livia brings her A game each time! When she leaves, it feels as though you’ve been transported to a 5-star resort. Everything is impeccably fresh and clean smelling (no bleach smell with Livia!) and the small design touches such as the way she folds bathroom hand towels or the origami roses she leaves on tissues and toilet paper. She’s been coming every two weeks for years (sometimes even more if we have guests).

What I appreciate about Livia is she’s incredibly diligent about her level of service. Every time she comes, she does something extra such as deep cleaning of certain areas that need attention (like the vents or the fridge) without any prompt from me. Livia is very easy to work with. She’s responsive to texts, very flexible and confirms her plan to come to ensure the time/date still works for my schedule. She’s also incredible trustworthy. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Livia. When my family moved to the suburbs, Livia continues to make the trip to us which we are very appreciative. She’s great with both human children and fur babies! My fur baby is a sensitive soul and would bark at cleaners. Not with Livia though!

Miss Clean is professional, fast, and thorough. The first time they came to my house, the owner came and made sure her team knew what to do and let me know what type of cleaning products they used, and it was a great experience. They have been back two more times since then, and I work from home, and they have been great about me having to swap rooms while they clean my office.

Livia is wonderful!! She has been cleaning our home weekly for almost a year and a half. She does amazing work and is such a huge help (having a toddler and two dogs we certainly need it!). She is so kind, professional, trustworthy and her work speaks for itself. We've referred her to so many family and friends and can't say enough good things. Livia is awesome! She has been cleaning our home for about a year and a half. She is always professional, detailed and thorough. Coming home after a day that Livia has cleaned our home is a treat - the kitchen sparkles, each bedroom is welcoming, and the whole house smells fresh and clean. She is fine with our two large dogs and these days is even willing to coordinate around hybrid schooling to ensure that she's in a separate part of the house (masked) when my small children are home from school. Working with Livia has been an incredible experience. Before this, I worked with two of the large, app-based cleaning companies, and my experience with them was terrible. Then a friend recommended Livia, and I have not looked back! I love that we have been able to build an ongoing relationship with Livia. Communication is always clear, and it's important to me that we always know exactly who is coming into our home and when (which was not the case with the other app based companies). Livia's work is superb and her flexibility has been amazing. She actually transitioned with us when we moved to a new home and was so patient while the house was still a move-in disaster. Now, she has been incredibly flexible as we attempt to juggle work-from-home meeting times with cleanings. And she is great with our dog, which is a wonderful bonus!
