Constraction reviews in Mansfield, Massachusetts

I am in love with my walk in closet. Closet & Storage Concepts accommodated my very tight schedule and offer workarounds to design so that the installation is done on time and in a professional way. They are responsive from the beginning to the end. I will use the service again. Highly recommend!

I worked with Laura for the design. She was thorough, listened to what I wanted, and made excellent recommendations to fit what I had in mind. Great at solutioning to accommodate an access panel without disrupting the overall design. Installation was done in 1 day. T was superb, and willing to accommodate some minor adjustments.
The whole process from design to install took a week. Finished project looks great! I am one happy customer.

Yesterday was my 3rd project with this company, Delivered on time, Installers were professional and on time, The design was spot on, I told Brian my needs for each room and no detail was overlooked. Nice family owned business I would recommend and do to anyone. Thank you for another job well done.

I never write reviews, though I always appreciate when people do, and I felt the need to say just how great of an experience that I had with Closet & Storage Concepts. They listened to exactly what we were looking for, and helped design closets systems that are tailored to meet our growing needs as well as our budget. The installer, the owner and the office manager that I met throughout the process were all first class people and I was very impressed. I have had other projects done at my house, but I can't think of a vendor that I have been as happy with! And to think, I almost tried to install something like this myself!!!

100% satisfied! Denise nailed the design after evaluating our closet space needs. Highly professional from start to finish, quick to deliver and the installation job was pristine! Ana was also a great help throughout!

Thanks to Stacey and the team, we made great use of our closet space. They custom designed and made optimal use of the area we had. We are very happy with the quality of work. Stacey visited us couple of times during the remodeling for measurement corrections without any complains. They are also decently priced for the quality of work they do. We surely recommend them.

We had 2 -6x6 closets done. Denise did an outstanding job of putting the design together. She even counted the number of shoes I had to ensure I had enough space. The process from start to finish was seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my closets. Every time I walk in I say out loud I love my closet. I would highly recommend Denise. She was an excellent listener and included everything we needed. She answers the phone when you call and is very responsive.

We have relatively small closets - only 5' wide. Stacey and the group at Closet and Storage concepts came up with 2 designs that made excellent use of the limited space. The materials they used were matched to other wood and metal accents in the room, and they managed to adapt the design to accommodate access to the plumbing in the wall behind the shower.
We are very happy with the installation and the functionality. Regarding price point: fully designed and installed they were below the DIY kits you can buy, and they fully fit the space with custom cuts.
I would recommend them.

Brian came on-site and helped us design two walk-in closets in our new condominium. He was very knowledgeable on space and design needs and worked well with us on final design tweaks prior to installation. Installation went perfectly and the closets are beautiful and efficient. Highly recommend Closet and Storage Concepts. Happy we chose them to customize our closets.

I had Closet and Storage Concepts do two walk-in closets. I could not be more pleased, this is a wonderful company to do business with. From design to completion everything was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Denise, closet designer came by days within my on-line inquiry. She designed the perfect closet! A week later I had my beautiful new closet built at a fraction of the cost other closet companies quoted. I will use them again and again!

I worked with Stacey on (3) bedroom closets and (1) hall closet. She was extremely helpful, but more important...she was real. We presented our wish lists and she quickly put things into proper perspective. She worked to maximize our space and value for our use in the house now, as well as explaining the closet systems flexibility for any future home buyer. Without exception this is one of the best improvements we've made to our home, and value added to our daily living. The closet systems came in on budget, and on schedule. Stacey, thank you.

We worked with Denise from Closet & Storage Concepts on two different occasions. One was in 2014 to design a garage organization system and the other was in 2023 to design bedroom and entry closets. On both occasions Denise and her team delivered!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services for your closet organization needs.

I have used Closet & Storage Concepts for all 4 of my closets and each time would rate them a 5 Star experience. They have totally enhanced my storage space to something that is significantly better organized than what was there before. Beautiful quality and the installers are also top notch. A HUGE THANK YOU!

A great experience from start to finish. My designer really listened to me and understood my needs, even returning for a second onsite visit to confirm my change in plans. She made recommendations and the final product exceeded my expectations.
The business staff were efficient and outlined costs and payment schedule very clearly. They communicated well via email.
The installation went without a hitch. The 2 gentleman arrived on time, completed the project within a small time frame and left my room dustfree and spotless.
All around, great experience.

We did two walking closest with them. Service was great. They have eye for details. I like that during design phase they were very patient and gave us enough time to make decision understanding it’s a big decision and not something we can change as frequently, Unlike some other closet companies who provide the price and ask to lock with in hours or it’s gone.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with Brian. We love the primary walk in closet he designed and are very happy with how everything came out- beautiful and functional. We definitely will be coming back for our other closets in the future!

These guys did our kitchen pantry and master bedroom closet nine years ago in our new home and so when we decided we wanted one large cabinet for the center of our garage, we knew who to call. Very happy with the planning, the design, the installation and the final results

I first used Closet & Storage Concepts 11 years ago when we first moved into our house to add a closet system to our Primary Bedroom Closet and some organization to our pantry. We loved the results so much, we hired them again for a Garage wall system a few years later. Recently we needed some help with a closet system and wall shelving for our daughter's room - I knew exactly who to call. Once again, Closet & Storage Concepts made the project easy, seamless and gave us beautiful results that will last. If you're looking for a local, professional, courteous company to help with any home organization project you may have, look no further!
