Sears finally got my freezer repair done after 3 weeks and 3 visits. The first tech did the minimum possible, just vacuuming dust and hoping for the best - ridiculous he did not actually take out an instrument to assess real issue(s). The tech who worked on it the 2nd and 3rd time was great, and really did what was needed; even though the parts department held things up, and ultimately didn't get right ones to him. I respect the second tech - he just dug in and fixed it; he did care. Everyone else, not so much. Expect long scheduling delays, but they will get it fixed ... on their timetable, not yours.

Lou came out to do a yearly maintenance check up on our appliances. He was friendly, personable, and did a great job. He gave me instructions to keep our stuff working well and I was very happy with him.

The service specialist that arrived (on time) was one of the most helpful I have ever met. Besides fixing our range he offered many tips on keeping the range in good shape and made sure we got all the discounts we could get. Most discounts I would not have known existed.
