I was super excited to try these guys out as a friend of mine raves about the speedy and efficient process. My experience could not be more different and disappointed. The cleaning took much longer then it was supposed too which is understandable if they are working hard but the cleaners would take constant breaks and gossip. This is unacceptable behavior. Terrible service, do not recommend.

I was trying to get Cida for cleaning my apartment since last month. Cida came and inspected our apt and we agreed to a monthly cleaning plan. However, she never showed up after that. After agreeing to a time for cleaning, when I call her at the time when she’s supposed to come, she gave lame excuses which I felt weird. I gave another chance and same thing happened again. Absolutely 0 professionalism. No punctuality..!
