Your Home Detox is a great service, they are professional and friendly. They do a great job cleaning our home monthly with eco friendly products, and are very conscious of COVID-19 protocols.

I enjoyed working with Yourhome detox for many reasons but more importantly the impact they have for the environment. I believe is important to move toward more sustainable and eco friendly products and yourhomedetox provided me just that. I recommend Karla anytime!

Similar experience to the previous reviewer, Andrea. Requested the "deep clean" service, and the person that arrived asked where/what she should clean, rather than doing everything that was originally described. Communication was very good from the owner/manager and the person who scheduled the visit. A team was sent back the following day to address some missed areas, but even then, those areas were not completely addressed. Rather than telling them what they missed (again), I figured I'd just take the partial loss on this one and move on. I could see this service being good for a monthly clean, but maybe not the one-time deep or moving-related cleans. I did very much appreciate the communication and willingness to resolve issues, but for a "deep clean", I just would've expected more attention to detail from start to finish.

Bohio Clean has been a great company to work with! Their cleaners are very thorough and friendly. They always make sure I am happy with their work before they leave. I highly recommend them!

They are probably good for your home cleaning every week or every other week. But I would not recommend for move out/deep clean. I didn't have time to fully check it when they were leaving (only pointed out few things), but when i went back the next day I realized that many places where not really cleaned well. And it wasn't that hard to clean it - for example the outside and inside of cabinets, fridge, etc.. - I was able to clean it pretty fast (I hired someone so I didn't have to do that).
The communication before booking was good and they were very quick to respond. The day of cleaning - we were scheduled for 9am and I was waiting there (it is a place I had to go to and don't live there) for 25 minutes before they came (at this point nobody was responding to my calls or email) - then I was told that the people coming got stuck in traffic and they let the main office know, but nobody let me know. I almost left before they came.
And then the woman was asking me what I need to have clean. I just kept saying move in/out/deep clean - everything (the place was empty). Tenants had a dog there and it needed deep cleaning after they moved out, but this wasn't it.
Everyone was pleasant, but I wish I hired someone else for this job.

We have been regular customers of Karla and her family-based team for over four years, and they are such sanity savers! With a young kid and a dog, our house gets embarrassingly messy in a very short amount of time. It is so great to have a professional and warm/friendly team give our place a sparkling reset every few weeks; really lifts everyone’s moods. Not only do they make the floors and counters shine, they clean the inside of the fridge and the stovetop, and fold any laundry we have in the dryer. They also help organize our clutter in ways we don’t think of! My four-year old so loves the way her room looks after each cleaning, she is self-motivated to keep it neat for days — that is a minor miracle! We look forward to continuing to work with Bohio for years to come!

Great service! She was on time and very professional. She followed great procedures for COVID-19. I had a deep clean scheduled and my house looks amazing. I will definitely be using this company for cleaning in the future. I also love that it’s a women owned business and they use environmentally friendly products.

Karla and her team did a fantastic deep clean of our new home! We walked in hours after they finished and the whole place smelled of fresh lemon! Bohio Clean has transforming services! I used this company a few times and each time the cleaning service was better than the previous time. I loved their service that much, I referred this company to a family member and they were astonished by results. Working with Your Home Detox was an overall great experience! Their team performed a deep move in / out clean for my former and new apartments and did a great, detailed job. It was such a pleasure to know that a professional team was taking care of this so we are guaranteed to get our security deposit back. Would be a great service for landlords themselves to book. The admin (booking, communication, payment, etc.) was also very straightforward and easy to navigate. I will be booking future deep cleaning services with Your Home Detox for sure.

Most of all, I love that this business is woman co-founded and woman owned and they use environmentally sustainable cleaning products.

Read the reviews and they were great, so I called. It’s 7:40am (her hours are listed as 24hrs) she answered and said, “Isn’t it too early.” Then promptly hung the phone up on me.

Lorraine has been cleaning our house for several years. She is thorough, professional and reliable. She does an excellent job - our house is always spotless when she leaves!

We are a family of 7 (5 kids 3 of which are teenagers, 1 eight year old and 1 toddler) plus 1 cat. Diamaids have cleaned for use weekly for almost 2 years. With full time jobs, we could not manage this house without them. Coming home to a spotless clean house is a huge relief. They are affordable, flexible and truly willing to work with us & wonderful people.

Lorraine has been cleaning my house for over one year every other week. She does an excellent job every time. The house smells wonderful after she is finished. She is prompt and very courteous. I hate to admit that I never do anything in between cleanings. 😃
