When I look for a contractor I always look for responsiveness and no drama. Tim gets 5 stars for both. He responded quickly, came to do the estimate promptly, and quoted a fair price for quality equipment, without trying to upsell me with stuff I didn’t need. He was also really helpful with the documentation needed for our MassSave heat loan and rebate (which is a GREAT program BTW). He also checked out my AC while he was here to install the furnace, saving me a separate service call. This is a great local business that is totally worth supporting.

It was absolute pleasure dealing with Tim. He and his team installed a central AC in our house that some contractors were saying not designed for central AC. He is responsive, reasonably priced, didn't push for replacement of things i don't need that other vendors did. It was easy to communicate our needs. Tim has traveled to my rental property in Somerville a couple of times to take care of issues with the heating systems. He is very professional, responsive and honest. He understands repairs/replacements can be costly and keeps that in mind dealing with customers.

I have used Tim twice this year and both times he was responsive, professional, and exceptional. It’s wonderful to find such commitment to excellence and his customers. My furnace fan stopped working and brought down my a/c with it. I contacted Tim on a Saturday night and, even though he was on vacation over the weekend, he was at my door early Monday morning. He even apologized for not getting to me sooner (which was not his fault!). I would not use anyone else for my heating and a/c service.

I had 2 issues looked at by 2 other contractors, and they both said there was nothing wrong with our heating system (hot-water, oil). Tim realized the 2 issues in no time, and knew exactly what to do. He was also excellent at communicating when changes to appointments had to be made. Professional, capable, fair value for the work, too. Highly recommend Elite Comfort Dynamics.

Tim offered outstanding help in getting our existing boiler up and running incredibly fast. His honest advice saved us thousands of dollars other contractors wanted to replace our heating system. He is very knowledgeable and was also able to trouble shoot our split mini system that has been leaking for years. I am very fortunate to have found a reliable heating and cooling contractor and look forward to working with Tim and his business for many years.

Our furnace stopped working properly on Saturday. Tim arrived our house at 9:30pm soon after I called him. He quickly diagnosed that the blower motor needed to be replaced. After many phone calls on Sunday he finally located one in CT that is about 60 miles from us. He went to the place at 6:00 am on Monday, got the parts, came and fixed the furnace. We had our heat back before 8:00 am.
Tim showed his sincere concern of warming up our house ASAP and we really appreciated all his efforts to reach that goal. It’s also worth of mentioning that his rate was very reasonable in my opinion. Strongly recommended!
