Our technician, Dave, is so conscientious. He takes customer service very seriously. He knows the job and is great at explaining things. He has done several jobs for us and we have been very pleased with everything.

I called this morning to say I needed help and within 4 hours Hunter was at my condo. He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. I am in my mid 60’s and have had Countless electricians… this company is the VERY BEST.

Dave was thorough and clearly outlined the options for a panel upgrade.

Note to the Owner: I completely understand that you are entitled to a fair return for your labor but $462+ for no more than 1 hour of professional labor seems very, very expensive

We had planned a few projects. Dave and Hunter helped us prioritize the work and started immediately on the highest priorities. They were efficient, courteous, and finished the work in great time. They kept us updated on progress and cleaned up after themselves. Our dog even liked them and she is very picky! Thanks for a high-quality job.

Macrina Electrical did an outstanding job rewiring our house due to a power surge. Macrina came promptly , and stayed 3 1/2 weeks doing an enormous job. Hunter Worner came daily ,all day for weeks. He was easy to have around, thoughtful, answered questions, and clearly knew his job. The complexity of a whole-house rewire was done and already knew of Paul Macrina's reputation and used them. We have to thank Sean Pratt as well who came several days .We feel safe and grateful to Hunter and the staff, Barbara was always available, attentive and helpful.

We needed someone to locate electric lines that are not part of the grid and the Paul Macrina team worked to get there on the day we needed. I highly recommend Paul Macrina for electrical work! Dave completed a long list of electrical issues in our house quickly while thoroughly explaining issues that came up and the reasons why he fixed those issues. He was professional and diligent and went above and beyond by cleaning up and organizing old wires for us. He also set us up with an energy monitoring device and took the time to try and help us lower our electricity bill.

Hunter showed up promptly. Professional approach to inventory of my goals. Accomplished a great deal in one day. I own commercial proerty. My guess was 3 days of time. He was done in a day. All in a safe, measured approach. This company is distinctly well run. I assumed I would be running to the electrical supply house. Hunter handled about a dozen electrical issues w preference input from me only. Top notch from an admittedly snarky commercial property owner.

Hunter and Sean were amazing.
They came back this time to complete the work. From taking the time to cover their shoes from tracking in the outdoors to explaining in detail what they were going to do next to bringing in an electrical cord so my Dad could use his chair while the power was out. I definitely feel they both are an asset to their company. Thank you Hunter and Sean for having the patience in explaining everything to my 98 yr old Dad. I love your company and both of you represent ed them well. As we all know, the team makes the company shine! And want to mention that Barbara is awesome too.

Dave showed up early which was great. He had 2 ev chargers in his truck giving us a choice and installed it right away. Great job!

Fantastic service from Dave and Shawn! We had dimmer switches and an exterior motion light installed, with comprehensive inspection of our breakers and all-house electrical system provided too. Everything on point, great communication throughout the entire process, efficient and considerate work all-around. Highly recommended
