They came out, provided an estimate. I green lighted it, then they ghosted me. Continuously ignoring my contacts so I found a different company that was wonderful.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were informed of all progress along the way. The tradesmen they use were first class and the finished result was fantastic. Really happy with the outcome!

I called and had a couple guys come out last weekend to relocate a dryer vent in my attic. They said they needed a ladder and would have to come back on Monday.
Monday came and with several calls and texts I was told over and again that they would be here shortly but by late afternoon said "it's too late," they couldn't come but offered to schedule an appointment for today at 8AM. I called twice during the week and confirmed and verified the appointment date and time. Today is going exactly like Monday did- they keep telling me they're going to come but are nowhere to be found.

Absolute waste of a day and a half of my time, and a very unprofessional way to run a business.
